pup papers
i just got a 3 year old hound that still has pup papers.. the guy i got him from has put white out on where i fill it out, is that going to be a problem?
Yes. You will need to fill out one of our Affidavit forms and send the Affidavit to us along with the registration papers. The Affidavit can be downloaded from our website or you can send me a PM with with name, complete mailing address and the fact that you need an Affidavit and I can mail you one.
From our website home page click on the Registration tab. When the next screen comes up, look over to the right hand side of the screen. There will be a box titled Most Requested Forms. The Affidavit is in that box, it's form number 2.
