In your scenario, Dog D doesn't move up. Does dog C get minused 75 for leaving Dog A's tree or minus 75 for leaving Dog B's tree?
What if Dog D was the dog milling around? Would he get minused 75 for leaving A's tree, minused 50 for leaving Dog B and C's tree or minused the 25 that he was treed for?

Dog d moves up to 2nd tree. Dog c is considered to have been with dog a unless split tree was obious.

treeing

thanks pamjohnson..i beleve your answer is the correct 1..bill dog b,c,d were decleared tree after dog a split was not decleared till they went into dogs.if you go in ordered they were treed why would you assume dog c was with dog a.when they went in and seen it was a split with dog c was just milling around and not on 1 tree or other.dog c gets minused for second tree postition on dog b tree cuz the order they were treed.and why in the heck would a dog move up the tree postion.when you have already minused a dog for second tree postion that place was minused weather it was plused or minused 2 dogs can not have the same postion.

Dog A and B both have first tree now. So 2 dogs can have the same position, on tree. Right?

I think dog D should also move up to 2 nd tree on split tree. DogC could have been with dog A when called treed. Since dogs were treed close together who knows which tree dog C was on when treed. dog A 125 dog B 125 dog D 75 dog C 75--
