Recently I went to send a stud slip to someone who bred a female to one of my males. I figured I'd send them a performance program form to remind them about the performance program and to make it easier for them when they registered the pups. This is how I found it.

1. UKC Main Page
2. Coonhound section
3. Events and Programs
4. Performance Programs
5. Helpful Info and Forms
6. Performance form PDF

Is there an easier route to find it or a more noticeable advertisement of the program other than just listed under the links or did I just miss it?

I think it's a logical progression as someone goes from wanting information on a program to actually needing a form? But it may be that we can shortcut that for people that know about the program and are simply looking for a form? Add it somewhere into the coonhound forms page? I can check. Thanks.

Thanks Todd. I was just thinking that since I knew about the program and it took a little while for me to find the form that it would be a lot more difficult for someone who didn't know what they were even looking for.
