Allen, for those of is who procrastinated like myself, can we bring our world hunt entries to the McVay hunt this weekend or do we need to have them sent in by the 5th like it says?

All World entries must be postmarked by the deadline date of Friday, September 5th. I will be at the McVay Hunt and you may turn them in to me there on Thursday and Friday.


KNOW THAT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR WORLD ENTRY ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH.

The only exception to this entry deadline rule is for dogs that qualified via the McVay Memorial Last Chance Qualifier. I'll take those entries up until Sunday, September 7th.

Just to clarify.... when the entry deadline was set for the 2014 HB World we did not have the McVay Hunt finalized. That's why we are extending the deadline for those only that qualified via the McVay Memorial. Next year we will set the deadline to have all entries postmarked on the Monday following the McVay Memorial.
