I received a call yesterday from a Friend named Kevin Perry who I helped fill out the registration papers on his puppy.
We included a note as directed by you in with the papers to pay for the Performance Program which was $30.

He received his papers yesterday and it included his check back and a note that the puppy couldn't be entered in the Performance Program. The reason given was that either the Sire is not in the program or the Litter wasn't nominated.
I take exception that your sending out information that my Sire may not be in the program. Why would that be done when you have all the information in front of you that should indicate he is. I would think accurate information would help these guys get the pups in the program. Not information casting a shadow of doubt on my Sire which I have had in the program several years. With that said can you verify why this pup is not eligible for permanent placement in the program and why the $30 was returned. I also helped Jay the co owner of the dam to fill out his litter papers and my memory indicates the litter should have been nominated but your indicating it wasn't. I want to believe you but you said my Sire may not be in the program also and that is definitely wrong.

I apologize for the confusion. Your dog is a 2017 Performance Sire, however the litter, as a whole, has not been nominated into the Performance Program. When the litter application was sent to us, the only fee included was $30.00 to register the litter. There is currently a $30.00 fee due to nominate the litter as a whole. Once that has been paid, then each pup from the litter would be eligible for permanent nomination.
