I called early today and said I was 52 on list so I requested a call back. Got the call and told the lady I was checking on puppy litter papers I had sent off 6 weeks ago. She said hold and in about a minute cut me off. So I called back and was over 100 on waiting list. sit here and waited for call and when they called it rang 2 times I answered and they hesitated and hung up on me again. So I called right back and now I'm 132 on the list. Enough t drive you crazy. Is anyone else having this problem.

Yes they did the same thing to me twice then when I talked to them about dna-p that was waiting for they told me it's probably in a pile that they have sitting around for a month till they get a bunch to send because they go to California so performance sire is paid but pups can't be performanced because they are sitting on people's test kits also took them over a month to send kits to me! So won't be performance sire till after new year but they got their money!
