I drew Kenny Durbin and Rambler quite a few times when he was pushing him to nitech. We were hunting our female off of Hayes everytime and the casts were always nail biters between those two. Rambler always ended up pulling it out at the end off by himself with the meat. His old daddy, Factory, was a heck of a reproducer too. I havent seen Kenny in prolly 3 or 4 years, anyone heard how he is doing?

Kenny has been plagued with back trouble. Hasn't been able to hunt. He had the Boomer dog as a pup and sold him because he was not able to hunt. I'm sure he would like to hear from you. Ol Factory must have been a whale of a track dog. Rambler produces independent, off by themselves, accurate coon dogs. They are stone deaf when they tree.

Rambler goes back to my linebred Dual Gr. Ch. Finley River Dan 3
female I sold Tom Wilbers, Gr. Ch. Mears' Finley River Trap. I raised her from a puppy from 2 dogs I raised from pups. They were both linebred Dan 3. I'll post the pedigree next. Tom bought Boomer and has been winning his share of hunts. Search for Nt. Ch. PKC Ch. Osage River Boomer on UKC and PKC boards.

Congratulations to Bill Kinkead and Queen. Queen finished to Dual Gr. in July. She will be bred to Dual Gr. Ch. Wild Bill's Boone. Both these dogs are Rambler bred.

The best dog out of Rambler isnt 2 hours from you. platium champion Rudy that Dennis Thornhill and Rick Salfen own. Ive seen her look great on several occasions. Several nice ones out of that cross. Boone is a brother the Maggie female is out of that cross. Very strong cross.

Robert,

How is Lill holding up? My girlfriend and I hunt with Bill Kinkaid some. My GF has handled Wild Bill's Boone some for Bill. She really likes him. We hunted with Queen when Bill still owned her. We also have one of the pups out of Boone and Les Spence's Dual Grand Tigger dog (Charlie Creek Clay and Spring Creek Rock bred) that Bill Crow has been taking care of for us. We are really looking forward to getting her in the woods this kill season.

Lill

I really like Lill. She is a fast track dog and a super hard tree dog. She will strike off the tailgate or go deep. She is accurate. I hate to go to empty trees. I hunt hard Dec.- March. She doesn't need leaves on to look good. She is a pleasure to have around. She is reproducing. Will hunt with Bill this winter. I hope we can arrange a hunt. Good Hunting, Robert

Lill

Lill was bred to Dual Gr. Ch. Maggard's Stylish Jet and Trackman.
Queen is out of Jet. She is Dual Gr Ch. She has scored 1075+ on one hunt that I know of. She won a RQE in August 2006 at Clinton, Mo as a 2 year old. She scored 725+.
Dash, out of Track Man, has won PKC hunts, qualified for the 2008 UKC World Hunt. I think he has made Nt. Ch. also. I have hunted 3 littermates. They are loud, hard tree dogs.
"Tracker", Stone Cold, made Nt. Ch., Ch., HTX, PKC money winner, high scoring dog of hunt more than once, qualified for the UKC World Hunt at Columbus, IL. He finished 16th at the Zone Finals held at Nashua, Iowa. I have thought about breeding her to Ajax, Boone , Boomer, or back to Track Man. I have had several requests for pups. These pups make very independent dogs. I should have bought Queen, but want to put my time in on a SS pup out of Janie and Boomer.

I hope you breed Queen to Boone. That should be a good cross. It would be a niece to uncle. Same as Janie to Boomer. Cross those pups together and you will be keeping those traits we like. A pup from that cross would cross back on Lill. Line breeding is where its at. Good Hunting,

Stone Cold

Stone Cold treed 3 single coon and a den tree in style Sunday night off the same cornfield. Awesome big locate and a hard chop. Stone Cold is out of LiLL and Track Man. I have not hunted any dog out of Lill yet that didn't tree real live coons. They all have big mouths with an awesome locate. They are fast.

Stone Cold

Stone Cold finished his Nt. Ch. degree in 3 consecutive weekends. He was High Scoring dog of the hunt twice. His wins were in the rain and thunderstorms. He scored 675+ on the first hunt and was the only dog to tree a coon on the outside during the second hunt. He was high scoring pup on Friday night at Laplata during the Classic.

Janie and Boomer pups

Bred Tom Wilbers' Boomer dog to Janie. Pups are 5 months old. They are nice looking pups with big mouths. Mike Umphrey's female has been treeing the house cats for awhile now. Tom's female is treeing. Danny Zabel's pup has treed with the old dogs on coon at night. Mr. Hammock's pup started the first night in the swamp.

Tom and I made this cross again. Pups due the end of May. They will be SS and Performance eligible.
