They are from Denver, North Carolina.

I got mine several years ago. Shipped from factory. It took a while.

(1) Got it without the storage unit, so as not to block rear view mirror.
(2) Lesson learned after the fact. You need to add about 3-4" to the depth (due to the clips) to see how much space it will take up in your truck bed. This factors in if you have a toolbox across the back.
