healing up good, have to take him back too the vet in the morning and get his drain tube took out. hopefully this takes care of the problem.

spot broke out of his kennel night before last, i got home about noon the next day and heard him treeing on the river. my girlfriends grandpa said he went out about daylight and heard him and thought it was one of my pups running loose. i had some things to do and it was about 1 before i was able to take to him. i started in to him and he shut up, so i waited for a couple minutes and never heard him no more, he came home later. u could tell by looking at him he was killed, he probably had been treed all night and till 1 the next day.

he is healing up pretty good, got his pathology reports back yesterday. they said he had acute deep tissue inflammation caused from trauma- they gave it a fancy word but can't remember it. he will be on medication for a couple weeks then hopefully i can start hunting him.

last night turned the dogs loose, they came treed but didn't sound right. drove around to them, and walked in. got to them and they was treed on a huge tree, went to shining it and my buddy yelled its got a big whole in it, and couple seconds later he said heres the coon. went down to the base of the tree and he was poking at that coon, it was deader than 4 oclock. it was just laying at the bottom of the whole about 6 feet up the tree. looked like it had been dead for a few days though.
