Robin is a real nice female that you will be hearing a lot from next year. She likes to get treed by herself but will back another dog. She is a hard stay put tree dog that will usually have the meat..........Tim

I was told yesterday that Leon Jennings (Wichita, Ks) female from GR NT John II and GR NT Kit was finished to Nt ch recently. She is a full sister to Paul's NT CH Sally female (different litter). It was a good cross with another one ready for the hunts owned by Gordon Hale. Kit has 4 pups now from Joker that are about to be weaned, they should be some stem winders............Tim

Larry Carlin, SW MO, has a young male from GR NT John II X Dual GR Abby that passed his first round towards his HTX title. Larry says after this season they had better look out at the hunts..........Tim

Talked to Danny Feris yesterday, he has a litter sired by John II that treed his neighbors cat and they did a good job too. They are almost 8 wks old. Their mother, Crystal, is a littermate sister to Noodles. Noodles, crossed with Turk, produced Dual Gr Smoke, Dual Gr Sara and GR CH NT CH John III (deceased). Danny plans to put some pictures of the pups on the board in a couple of days..........Tim

Just got done hunting Easy and Lily(Turk X Abby). got struck quick and ran down the creek 200 hundred yards and treed. Lily did a wonderful job backing Easy on first coon. She has a powerful locate and loud tree dog. A little crazy yet at the tree. She is so overwhelmed with coon scent she is all over the place. The second tree she slammed it. she located twice and rolled it over. It was empty but she sure thought she had it. Easy got treed in deeper and Lily went in and did a good job of treeing again. Had the coon. She is going to make it. Hunts on the run and hates a coon. Forgot the camera again.

Wayne Bottoms, North Carolina is the one that purchased Sally. Sally is a 2 year old NT CH and has a BFOS and a class and Breed from another show, almost a Dual CH. Sally is a good strike dog, a real track dog and a pretty tree dog that will take a lot of pressure. Wayne, I hope you enjoy her as much as we have and good luck with her...........Tim

Sally is a nice female and a real tree dog. I have hunted with her a couple of times and she can get deep with the meat if she has to. Independant but not to a fault, and like Tim said, she is a pretty tree dog. After this kill season you will hear a lot about her.

Just about moved in to the new place, took a break Sat night and went hunting with troy Young. We turned Ranger and a pup of Troys loose and they managed to get treed and had the meat, boy is it dry, the dust was still hanging in the air when we got to the tree. We made two more drops and treed a litter and a tree that we couldn,t see anything in. Going to go with Troy and Paul tonight..........Tim

Got off work early at 8 tonight so wanted to take the kids for a short hunt. Jordan grabbed Heart, I grabbed Big Boy. I went to put trackers on and saw Heart is in heat. We put Heart back and went to grab Reba (Turk X Mike Hurt pup) because she has been working well treeing on a coonhide. Jordan moved dogs around on me so Queen (Joker X Batterson pup) was in the first run where Reba was supposed to be so I said why not even though she hasn't shown any interst in the hide. It's really dry here, hard on an old dog, let alone a pup so I've been hunting big water creeks 6-12 feet across. Tonight we hunted a basically dry stream. Big Boy struck, Queen struck, after a tough track through a milo field, treed in a small brush pile, pushed the coon out and BOTH dogs treed with the meet. Biggest sow I've EVER seen! I can't thank Tim and Paul enough for the work they've put in and the shoes they've ruined for me to have dogs like these.

Got a call from Jerry Shewmaker, his GR NT Layla (sp) female (GR NT Hillbilly x GR NT Boo Boo) just had pups from our Dual Grand Zip (GR NT Dancer x GR NT Mollydod) These should be some powerhouse Northern bred dogs. A pup from this litter when finished to GR NT will be able to produce an All Grand ped. Jerry is sending me a copy of her ped and I will post it along with information on how to contact Jerry when I receive it..........Tim
