It's up to the lab as far as what order they process the DNA in. We do not have any control over that.

dna profiling

russel is that dna profiling department kidding me or what!!!
i just gotten message from the breeder telling him that AGAIN my 3 swabs i have send are not good
this is simply getting ridiculous!!!last 3 swabs i took 1/my vet took 1 and friend took 1.
and now it says that i have to pay for it also, like that buying 10 swabs/sending swabs signed delivery isnt costing me anything from europe!!
the way i see it she will never be dna profiled;iff the first 10/12 swabs show nothing well then the next 100 wont do that either;so for me it is simple, you go ask if i can send blood from her because i am not gone send 100 swabs more for only hearing the same,NO RESULTS.
she is now almost 19 months and i still dont have no ....paperwork for her.i can almost retire her before i even have bred with her

I'm sorry to hear about your other swabs. I checked with the DNA Department and they said you can submit a blood sample. The fee would be $100.00. You would send the fee to us, along with a note telling us what it's for, and you would send the sample directly to our lab. We recommend packing the sample in dry ice.

dna profiling

may i ask why this costs 100$ russel while normaly it costs 45$.normaly dna is as easy to extract from blood then from a swab.i have purschaded over 20 swabs for kitana and minerva alone and have send more then 10 time's easy them swabs all with signed delivery.iff i wouldnt know better i would think ukc is screwing me.all this headage and money i have spend and not even a small contribution from ukc i get for all the hassle and time loss,6 months i had to wait for the last results who where as always NO results.that's 3x the time as normal
i now have doubts that they even dna all the swabs and just do 1 from 3 swabs and that's it.
100$ fee, blood sample sending on ice what is gone cost me ALLOT sending it from belgium.real happy i must say i am now.

Unfortunately, the lab says to send the sample packed in dry ice. If you do not send it to them in dry ice, they cannot guarentee the integrity of the sample.
