From the sounds of it those should be some dandy's..Had a female named Gert out of a daughter of lone pine Dewey ...one of the best noses I've ever seen on a female and a big male dog mouth...Wish you and the guys with the females the best of luck.....Thanks for all your support,and I truly appreciate your kindness...Sassy's pups just started opening there eyes today,all the males doing just great.

Got a text from Jason Clark this morning. He said Spot treed a drag coon and "was a hard tree dog." I hated to part with this female, but she will be bred to Whiner. Neice to uncle cross and I'll be back in business.

Hi,

Jane and Whiner have almost the same markings and color. They also run and tree very similiar. Rambler stamped his pups with those traits. Breeding Spot to Whiner should cement those traits again. Smart pups produce smart pups.

Whiner sure is reproducing some good lookin pups,one of the best acting litters I ever had...super smart even at 4 wks old..

This little male is one of my favorites, These pups actually smell me when I sneak into the barn,they'll be just lying there and then all there heads pop up and they run to the door and start wining ..and that's no BS. I'm amazed.

I would like to thank Robert for selling me Hawk. I have been out of hunting for 25 years but always had dual purpose hounds. It took several phone calls and alot of begging to get Robert to ever sell me Hawk. Hawk is as good looking hound as you will find today or years ago. I always thought Flying Hawk was the dog to compare to a dog to this Hawk dog of mine has the most muscle on him that I have ever seen on a dog. He is extremely well bred, his sire Honest Abe was world champion, Gr Nt champion winner at Autum Oaks Xtx 7 times. His mother Gr Ch Nt ch Table Rock Pearl was a natioal winner also. Hawk is bred tops carring Finley River Dan Spring Creek Rock Table Rock Flying Hawk, Gold Creek Mundo all these dogs several times. Thanks again Robert.

Robert, If you sold Hawk , do you still have Jewell ? Been waiting on you to breed her to Zig. Mundar and Mundo will be 6 in July they were the last litter out of Pearl. Jr never could get her bred again.

Hawk

Hi,

Good luck with Hawk. He is a beautiful dog with personality. I am trying to keep Finley River where it was in the past. Excellent track dogs that tree accurately with big mouths.

To do this requires several females and an outcross to add to the mix.

Hawk has the same blood as I have in my dogs only different individuals. I simply don't have room for three strains. I think Gary will help me with this project. For those who may not know Gary , he is a well known ACHA competitor in former years. He is committed to producing DUAL PURPOSE hounds.

Good luck with Hawk. He is a special hound.

WOW. That is a nice pup. He has a beautiful head. If he is a smart pup, which I know they are, he would be my pick. That is an outstanding head. Look at his eyes. You can see the intelligence. I have raised pups all my adult life. Intelligent pups just have a different look about them.

Nice litter. I wish those females would have lived. Good luck with them.

Well.... "Pr"Flint's Finley River Stormy 11 mo old (F.R.Zig x Jane ) began her life as a lone coonhound last night. I turned her by herself which is how she will be hunted until she enters her first hunt. She hunted out to 240yds, struck a really cold track for her trailed it around 300yds barking every 60-70yds (really smooth fast track dog) Big Bawl mouth like you don't hear on hounds of today. She finished the track tapped a couple trees never set down and treed i assumed it was fairly cold for a pup of her experience (been out 6-8 times). She searched the area for about 15 mins with no results, then ran back to me as fast as she left hunted all the way back to the truck i called her at 10 yds from the truck she cam loaded we went home. She is the most pleasant dog I think I ever owned! I will alterante her with another pup for the summer months think they both make nice hounds!
