Here is that shot of Champ and Brandy from last night. The pup seems to have quite a bit of natural ability, not to mention a great mouth.



Granted, we should have quit after this drop, but nobody ever accused coonhunters of intelligence. I had a good time, thanks for hosting.

Also, Kent and I were gonna go up the road when we left and cut loose on that one we saw crossing the road, but we figured you were already in enough trouble without the yard exploding w/hound barks one last time. LOL.

I was in one of my treestands this morning and saw my first bobcat. Came in and sat down right underneith me, let out a big yawn and gave me a nice look at his fangs. Sat there for a minute or two and walked off. I also saw a mink. Didn't see many deer but still a pretty cool morning.

So that's 3 seven month old pups running and treeing out of a litter of 5. Uh I sure like the sound of that. Did he look good doing it? Champ had an off night last night. After split treeing tues night I was hoping for a little more last night. Treed really well one a couple tree the nest 2 he was trying to go off by himself. He is going to be independant I can tell that already.

Here's a good funny story ya. I had dutch drawn yesterday to ship some seman. Amy takes him to the vet and and they get everything ready and package it to overnight ship it. She goes to the local fed-ex place and asks them to overnight this package. Well there was someone new in training with 5 other employees helping her and a few people waiting behind amy in line. Some where in this whole process one them asks amy what is in the package. She quitely says, "dog seman." Evidentely she didn't say it quite enough because everyone in the place about fell over laughing at her. She got a little embarassed and politely told me she will never do my dirty work again. If you know amy you understand why this is so funny.
