Hear you took another one back with you. And you got some pics and video. Would like to see them. If you can not post you can e-mail them to me and I will post them for you. You got a chance to hunt with Blue? Hear you dont like my walker pup down there. lol. Best of luck with him and the new project. You have to come hear for a hunt and I can show you 2 or 3 more out of Grit. Lol

like that blue dog out of grit,damm nice hound,name the little female pearl,
hunted ballz last nite,he was about 25 feet up the tree,got him to come down and leashed him looked up and pearl was up the tree next lol told her to come down and leashed her,she is going to make it,she just bhas a hard time keeping up with ballz for now that wont last long these grit dogs
are competitive.she has a head full of brains.if that walker lookin male is anything like pearl you be finding him in trees,nice cross

I have not hunted with Blue. Still looking forward to the videos and pics you took when you were down there. I picked Sackett because he looks like a walker. I figure they might let me win up here if I got something that looks like that. lol

Yea I have had him out three times this week. He has started running track again but is still a little worried when you come into the tree that he will be in trouble for barking. He is always at the tree he just comes over to me wanting petted and reassured he isn't in trouble. He is proof you can get after em to hard for barking at home. Not sure what else it could be because he ran track and treed some until a guy took him and really got after him for barking at home. He is loading good and learning everytime. He just needs to learn he is allowed to bark. I would bet nothing will beat him to the woods when you cut him loose. Was actually putting him on here to get rid of because I have to many dogs but I just can't seem to let the looker go. I got a picture of him night before last but they were knee deep in water and I couldn't get around and get a very good one of him on the back side of the tree.

Tom I am surprised Chris didnt show you more Grit dogs while you were there. There are at least 5 others within 20 mins of his house.

I hunted with that female up here out of Grace. This bitch is going to be for real!! If I can only get Chad to hunt her more. We treed 4 coons last night with her and Spike. She put one on him the second drop, and on the third drop they were in 620 yrds split treed 27 yrds apart both with the coon. She stayed treed and held that pressure for over 20 mins. She is just 11 months old, cant wait til she gets some age on her. lol.

Dave Ballz is comming into his own,treed two coon last night he is making it look like childs play.name the female pearl,she is getting quite an education with ballz,cant wait for snow,ballz put a bobcat in the ledges the other night,genetics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!! Outstanding job dave, I hope to get down to ohio again this spring with pearl,see some more of those dogs out of grit

The only thing left around is what you Chris and Fred have. Get ahold of him and try to work something out. Tell him all about him and let him decide. I sure would like to get a couple more finished to Nt.Ch. to get Grit on the list where he deserves to be. lol.

yes i do call her pearl dont know what i was thinking,lol.worked her today on a coon,she has a loud voice knows they go up and uses her nose. she is not into fighting them yet but that will come with time.she goes hunting every time i take her out she has opened a few times already,tracks are old but it will only make her better.These dogs out of grit just need time in the woods,they train easy with a little patiance.once again thankyou

I told people that all along. Most of the time all you got to do is take them hunting and they will figure it out. Hope she makes a good one for you. Hope to see Ballz in the winners circle come spring. Tell all those guys up there that they missed the boat on a good thing. lol
