It is rare that we ever have a light problem, but if we do we just
jump on it. If we can't fix them real quick we just send them a new

Sorry about your LEMS LIGHT not getting to you like it should have
acording to the tracking # it should have got to you on the 13th.
For some reason it got to bouncing back an forth from PA to
Des Moines. I sent another one yesterday so you may end up
with 2. This rarly happens, but I will get it to you one way or the other.
