Talked to Brian Pierson and he was telling me about his young male that he calls Ruger ( John II x GR CH NT CH Mad Dog Hey Jude). He says that he will get down the holler and sure get treed. Does not have to run a track before he trees. Good mouth and solid treedog. Plans to put him in his first hunt this weekend if the weather breaks........Tim

Got the ok from the doctor today.He said I could start hunting again so planning on going out friday night with T.J. and the pups.All he said was to take it slow and not to get carried away. Been over two months since I've been to the woods man I'm excited can't wait would go tonight but they won't let me go alone lol. Ct scan shows no sign of the tumor in my head and my vision is doing really well.Surgeon said they got all of it.Man this is better than christmas don't know if I will be able to sleep until I get to go.

I will try to get some pictures.Roy yep it was a real scare did'nt know anything was even wrong till my vision got real bad.I have seen rose on a caged coon here in the yard man she is loud.Have'nt been able to do much everybody watching me like a hawk lol.T.J. has been working with her and everybody tells me she is doing really good.Her and demon both will go and run a track and tree with the older dogs.They both will run and tree a coon that is turned loose for them.Tonight I get to go and see how they are doing really looking forward to it guess I really did'nt realize how much it means to me to be able to go and hunt these hounds with my kids till all this happened!!!!!T.J. says both of these pups are special.

Went to the Sweet Springs hunt last night, Ranger won CH Male on bench and Paul won 1st place with GO GET HER (Great grand daughter of ole Mad Dog Spanky), she is a nice female with a male dog mouth that will get treed and stay put. Paul has put 3 females in the hunts this year, 1 is a NT CH and the other two have 1st and 2nds each.........Tim

Paul won another 1st with his GO GET HER female, that finishes her with 2 1st and a 2nd. Thats two out of four of his females that he has finished, one left with a 1st and 2nd and the other has not been a hunt yet. When she is ready she will be there.........Tim

The stud fee is still $200.00 on Turk. He is a performance sire but not super staked (not many PKC hunts in this area). He has been bred to some Geronimo and some double Geronimo females. Thanks for the comments on Easy. She is a nice independant dog. She got first and first on a coon by herself last night while the other dogs got treed first and she took the track on and finished it.

Will be looking to get her bred when she comes in. Of course Turk is on that short list!!!
