I normally do not read this thread much, I know what the weather is, I am usually out in it. But, I couldn't help but notice the guy's picture of the 1 crappie he caught. There are times a boy with a cane pole can catch a lot of easy crappie. Catching a big mess of crappie in June or July is much harder.

I figured out how to target wipers (stripers) this summer and caught hundreds of them. Boys, a 20 inch wiper on a crappie pole is a lot of fun, you need to hold on with both hands. LOL. I am looking forward to catching the walleye/saugers they turned loose this year when they get big enough. The crappie in the last part of the clip were caught on the last day I fished this year. I can catch them up until ice over but I needed to be in the woods and brush with my dogs.
Here is a couple of clips of my beagles.

My spending my time working my dogs paid off recently in Indiana, I came home with 4 win slips. Midi finished as a Grand Bench Champion and got a Champion of Champions cast win needing only 1 more to be a Dual Grand Champion. Those Indiana boys run some good beagles.
I won't be on this thread much but look for my videos of my Squirrel Champions and of my Super Stake/Performance coonhound pup Lakeland's New Boss on other threads. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. LOL.
