that's what I said. You read me wrong I am in no way against owning any kind of gun you want to. I just asked the question why would any one other than people at war need one. since they were created for killing people during war time. I love guns just as much as the next guy. There are cars that will go over 200 miles per hour but you can't
drive that fast on our highways without risking getting fined because there are laws against driving that fast because you are risking lives.

I am all for gun control because ammo is getting to expensive to waste. I have been thinking about getting a reload setup. Do any of you guys that load your own have any recomendations on which system to buy.

I am Completely against Gun Controll, I feel that we as a People should Boycott any business that does not allow Concealed Carry. I also do not support a UN Arms Treaty and In November I will be trying to help Vote Obama and his administration out of office.

I have in the Past supported the Democratic Party,I was wrong and I apologize as I feel partially responsible for the mess that our Country is in.

I think this"joker" in the theater could have went with semi auto or pump shotgun loaded 5 double 0 buckshot at a time and at this range just as many or more would have died. The weapon he used is irrelevant. It was a terrible tragedy by a sick individual.

As to your other question, the reason for the second ammendment is NOT so we can go hunting. It is so that the citizens will be threat to the over reach of the federal gubment. The second ammendment was put into place PRECICELY to give Americans the firepower needed to go against the gubment if it was needed so yes the second ammendment is so we as citizens CAN have people killers, huntin guns are just a bonus.

Beg to differ with you on trying to use guns against the federal (Gubment) ? as you stated. We no longer need violence to do that, Just go out and vote and it will be decided by the people of this great Nation. Enough with all the needless lives being lost already because of such thinking.

Mercuryk.. Before you embarass yourself further you would be well served to actually read the constitution. The purpose of the second amendment was to ensure that the power in this country would remain with the people, and that by remaining armed they would have the power to overthrow a Govt. that no longer represented their wishes. Elections alone arent necessarily a guarantee of representation. A guick look around the planet at all the sham, fixed elections will reinforce my point.

Gun control advocates although well meaning are misguided, the nutcase in colorado is a perfect example. Do you honestly think that a disturbed individual would be prevented from evil deeds by a law against firearm ownership?

A Gun is a beautiful well crafted item!!! IT has no life at all; it cannot even move; it's just there!!!! BUT= when picked up by a Human it can be used to carry out that persons mental status!!!!

Some guns are used to hunt; and no one cares, Some are used for War and bragged on, Some are used for plinking and target events and praised by the public BUT!!THEN!!! compared to the others, a very few are picked up to do crime against society. These few crimes stir up an emotional public and create solid ground for the ANTIS to stand on and yell (GET RID OF GUNS) The emotional are too upset to realize the gun had nothing to do with it. If the finger that pulled the trigger of a murder weapon had belonged to a hunter, the shot may have killed food for the family. The mind behind the finger determines what the gun does

If then UN would start a drive to ban criminals from the world; WOULDN'T that be great!!!!!

today that's crazy man. I'll stick with democratic way we have been doing it myself. The guy I want to win doesn't always win but we the people choose them, lets all get along that way we don't have to go trying to over throw our government just because their views are different than yours. Let's put it this way. So many can blame the current president for our current demise and he continues to blame the past one. Our problem is the high cost of the over priced oil. I am smart enough to realize that look at the economy when the cost of it rises our business need it to operate our factories need it our workers needed it to get to work. When the cost goes up it is a domino affect and the only ones making a profit is the oil companies with their continued record profits.
