Hi there all.
More nice pix and funny joke SHannon! PRAYERS to ALL! I am feeling well enough to GO TO MUM's for the weekend! YAY! Bob is coming in with me in the am so he can see Mum's former companion, Carlos, before he goes back to Mexico again. Carlos is the one who had a stroke and couldn't care for mum anymore. He is doing great with trouble communicating...but he can speak Spanish very well (not that ANY of us can!).... I am going to take it easy at mums. She will ALSO be very tired after a great week visiting with Carlos and his family etc... PATRIOTS playoff tomorrow night! Should be a tuff game... Colts have been LUCKy... and WE have not been with all our lost GOOD players. Fingers crossed!!!! Will be watching from mums.
SO.. I'm gonna catch up on here and may be back...if not I'll talk at ya next week so HAVE A GOO D ONE!

hi everyone !
I hoped everyone is staying warm ! it was in the mid 60's today !

I think im thawed out ! I sure don't like the cold weather !

heather, glad youre going to take it easy ! kiss mum for me !
nothing new this way , just working and tending to Christian. he'll be glad when that ole cast is off ! guess im a terrible mom, because I have been letting him go skating . lol .. he cant do a lot of skating , he said .. HAHA ! all of his friends from the baseball team are always waiting on him there.. hes got personality plus !! just love that kid !

molly is moody ! and needy these days ... poor thing is in heat ! she tries so hard to keep up with Roo.. Roo runs the whole time when I let her out ! non stop.. she'll do that for hours and hours ! you just cant keep up with Roo... ive got a big family hunt coming up at the end of the month.. jack and I are taking my family from FLA coon hunting.. they are coming up for Lindsay baby shower. and text jack about going .. I was the last to know.... lol its going to be a blast !!

better get to cooking dinner ! every one have a wonderful evening !!

GO PATS! They SURE did look good! Watched the game with Mum, her former companion, Carlos and her friend Andrea who lives with her at the moment and helps care for her... WATCHED the operative word...with wonderful classical music in the background... Handels Messiah! It was fun watching Andrea see football FOR THE FIRST time and Carlos enjoyed it...Mum of course couldn't see it... Then everyone went off to sleep and I LISTENED and watched the last par t of the game. Sorry to see we face the Broncos cause... I LOVE PEyton Manning and his talent and love to watch him study and play the game BUT...I am SKEERED! lol...
SO... Carlos was there Sat PM and didn't leave to go back to NY till about 11 am sunday...needless to say Mum and I got nearly nothing done but had a GREAT visit. VERY sad to see how the stroke aged Carlos, who is in his sixties. He struggles and is unsteady but HAPPY. HE and mum are so close wnad love to be together and talk and listen to music and "watch" old movies and it was nice to see they can still do that.
I AM EXHAUSTED! I feel 100% healthy but I was up and down stairs there and did do a bit of cleaning... but I am SO glad to feel good!! Today Bob overslept for the first time since I've known him I think...and had NO COFFEE till he got home tonight...just before he drove Dylan back to college... lol... Poor guy! It feels empty already without Dylan...
Kitty doing well and his urine tests were negative for any infection to add to his issues... The vet was very happy to hear he has been eatting the perscription food AND is running around like a fool playing and happy! We will love him and care for him... and I'll pretend he's a coonhound. Heck, he has been STEALING food from my plate! lol...He LIKES bread and today after I finished my beans and salad dressing he....licked the bowl! lmbo!!! I think one of the old coonhounds has possessed his body!
SHannon... WE had sixties on Sat! Unbelievable! Thanks for sending warm OUR way!! Have fun with all your busy stuff and keep having FUN letting Christian do too much

Hi Y'all! Rainy grey yucky muck here too! I am GLAD today I have no outdoor chores any more...Sort of. Even I sink a few inches if I step outside! The woods would be scary slick! Tonight we expect thick fog and a low of around 32.. should make for some scary driving out there. Can't believe you are expect snow in VA again! ACkkkk! 40s and dry thru friday then some snow Saturday here...maybe?
Randy and VA bluedogs... maybe the coons had been out too late the night before and were resting? lol.. The ONLY hunt Bob and I have gone on together was in NH a few years ago...and it was JUST like that...so I have not heard a coondawg sing in the woods in REAL life since 1979!

Corky hunting been tuff and ruff buddy. I went from some good short tracks to hardly know tracks at all. Hunted last night night without so much of a peep. If your hunting the mountains better have your walking boots on. Best hunting is low and around the farms. But can't be like me tonight. Lazy Lazy Lazy. Lol

Weird how many people are having "off" hunts... it must be the weather, Huh?
Shannon... Those EYES! Bob and Dylan have those baby blue eyes! Brandon has his late mom Shelleys eyes with a hint of Hazel. Richard has a mix of mine, dark brown and his biol. fathers hazel blue... so Richards are a Hazeil Brown. RIchard married Elizabeth with Hazel eyes and Hannah SEEMS to have hazel brown so far! lol.. My mum and all of us daughters have dark brown but my dad had blue hazel... very light grey with brownish green... My sister marthas sons eyes are almost black! I LOVE the genetics of eyes and hound color, horses, birds(I used to breed parakeets with pedigrees...lol) Genetics.. COOL stuff... that said... Your grandson is gorgoeus no matter what color the eyes and Bob agrees!

Good evening gang. Moon is shining bright. Dogs went over 700 yards to strike tonight. They ended up split treed. Layla had a den and Buzz had a coon. After that walk though the red brush, briars and frozen swamp I decided one drop was enough.

Shawn = I know what you mean about being lazy. I am getting pretty good about coming up with excuses not to go,

Been having long tracks or nothing the past few times we have been out. However I unfortunately have come up with some excuses not to go. Now my wife is pushing me out the door making me go. I do not know what I ever done to land her but I think I will keep her.lol.
