Clyde the boy told me we are going for a little fun hunt Friday with a few of you. Sounds like fun as long as I can keep up with you old country boys. I know Zeb for sure gets through the woods like a mad man. If I can't keep up the boy will pick up the pace for me, he like to run through the woods also! I just hope our old common Blue dog can keep pace! See ya Friday!

We'll be glad to have ya'll Mark! Ol' Zeb is slower than molasses that's been in the freezer! I don't do any running myself, if they can't stay until I decide to get there then I don't need them. David Thomas is our professional truck watcher, so if you have to sit out a dump or 2 you'll probably have some company!

Clyde tell Dave we will probably tree more coons setting at the truck than you guys busting your tails! LOL! I get tired sometimes watching the boy walk a mile or so and I then drive within 50 yards of him! He to will get old one day!

We call those guys that sit at the truck "horn blowers" they are suspose to blow the horn so you know where the truck is. Lol

Good to have met you and Bubba too Justin! We sure enjoyed it even if the weather was rough.

Friday night we hunted with Zeb Myers, Marlen Smith, Max Duniphan Jr and Sr and Mark and Corey Robbins. We had an enjoyable hunt. The snow was rough on us southerners but we treed a couple of coons and several dens.

Saturday night we hunted with Zeb, Craig Harris, Ben Ross, Justin Haddon and Bubba, again we had a great hunt. There wasn't any snow falling but the temps were COLD and there was a lot (to me!) of snow on the ground. We made I think 5 dens and ran one in a culvert pipe.

It was an awesome trip, met some great folks and had a real good time, also it reinforced my belief that I don't care anything at all for snow! LOL

HUGE Thanks to Zeb Myers and family for putting us up and Curt Todd and David Thomas for putting up with me!

We enjoyed it Max! I plan to get back up there sometime this summer or fall when the weather is right.

We've got 2 weeks until the Grand American. I haven't been able to hunt Brummy this week, letting his feet get healed up from the crust last weekend, they were pretty tore up. I'm going to start back to hunting him tomorrow night.

We'll be at the Grand American this weekend. Anybody that is coming stop by for a chat. We don't have a booth in the barn, we'll be camping in a camper. Walk through the camping area and we shouldn't be hard to find.
