Most Bean pups are loud and you can tree him when everyone else is wondering where there dogs are. He is fast and can move a track. If he dont have anything going on and another dog strikes in, he wont (ME TOO) he will go take the track away from the dog and tree it for them. He will be on the paper and he will be in the winners circle. When you have a cast that gets scratched on a possum or just W/D turn him by his self. That dog will compete on his own, I guess he thinks he can beat hisself some how or another cause everytime you drop him he leaves a little harder. I lost very few cast with this dog. The ones I did loose was either 1 coon seen and Im on a den or I was behind because of a little mistake he made that like I said cost him alot. He is a competition hunters dream dog. On the other hand I never put a leash on the dog except for to tree tie him. He handled for me like a dream. If your looking for a pleasure dog that your gonna hunt 2 times a month and want it to beat on a old cold track and gom around all over the woods and have a coon 100% of the time Id say there might be something better to breed to. If you want a straight up competion style dog thats gonna make something happen when everything else on the cast is confused because (OH CRAP THERES NOT A BUCKET ON THIS DROP LOL) then this is the type dog you will like make it happen and have some style while you do it. I have got my female picked out that I wanna pup out of and Im waiting to get her back here in the fall from NY finish her out and get her bred to J. I competition hunt every weekend and this is the style dog I look for. He has faults like the rest and his is the kind I can live with and it all boils down to this.

thanks for posting justin....u do great work and r alot of fun to hunt with...j-bean will not b your last dog u grand out...u handle a cast well and r a fair and equal judge...waffle house can back me on that...lol...but that comp. huntin ....fact is that u never win every night...nobody can...wouldnt trade some of the laughs we had at waffle house for a win...hope we go huntin together soon....Al

Ive been thinking and why don't a bunch of us get together at my cabin and Stefons cabin and showcase some stud dogs. Later that night we can have a little buddy hunt with a small entry fee and donate it to kid or children in need or a family. Randy Bentley and hayes also have a cabin so we would have plenty of room for probally 20 stud dog owners. I'll grill out and we can chip a little on some food and have a great time. This would be another way to start out everything fresh for years to come. We could even have a youth hunt, this is just kind of a rough draft. I think Benny Harding would bring his stud dogs, you bring Bean, Al bring J Bean, Would love for Mark to Bring Dreamer, Stefon/Bart bring X and Jr, the poison smoke dog, I mean everyone that wants to come. Even if you have some what you think are up and coming studs bring them down and show them off. You can even drop them at night if you want, we have plenty of hunting. Raising money for kids in need would be the main goal for something like this, plus we have a big ole private late to fish on, bring your four wheeler, plenty of riding. Anyone is welcome to come and like I said the first 20 people I would have a place for them to spend the night. We could do the main event on saturday but if some wanted to come down earlier I could take care of that too. I've talked about this for years but would for this year to be the start.

I meant every word we talked about on the phone, life is to short and we adults need to lead a good example for kids this day and time, I know from the stupid mistakes I've made and I'm going to give everything I can to help kids stay out of trouble and in the woods. So if everybody does there part it will save a lot of kids from getting into the wrong stuff.

Tim that sounds like a great idea an count me in, Im thinking Oct (2013) or early spring, There is one thing i would like to see UKC think about, Everyone complains about user names, Make it a one time fee of $5 bucks for every new user name anyone creates put that in a fund an use 25 to 35% of the total (an it will allways be growing) for kids in need like 9 month old Maddux..

I've tried going back and changing my screen name to my real name but can't figure out how to even do that, lol. Anybody that has a great bred Bean female on top and bawling rebel or jodie bred on bottom I would love for them to consider breeding her to Nt.Ch. Bolden's Insane Rebel X ( Belongs to Chad Newland and Austin Bolden ). I just believe it would be an outstanding cross. Rebel will be Grand Nite soon and he looks just Bawling rebel and ole South's Stylish Rebel. His mother is directley off of Bawling Rebel and his sire is Gr.Nt.Ch High X pectations. Just a thought for the future, and this would give you plenty of time to go for a hunt with Rebel so you can check him out if you think you might be interested.

He's a great bred pup and from what Tim has told me about him he might be his next big stud dog.

That young male off of Bean and the rat female that we bred to bean Tim, have you heard anything about him. That dog had the potential to be a dandy. He could flat tree a coon and was independent. He got laid up by a guy and the same fella goof him up a little but if he gets straightend back out, watch for him.

Thanks Tim but he going true the dumdum stage rite now an you know what im talking about, Thinks hes in controw so im gona send him to Justins an put him on the side of them Mts, 3 or 5 nites of that an he will learn to make every step an bark Count..
I havent heard much about the cross you an your dad made i think one made NtCh but i will get Jp on it she does purty good at keeping up with beans pups. Let me run this by ya, They was two female litter mates to Money if i can get my hands on one of them i think that Rebel X would make a nice cross...

Tim, you know I consider myself part of the Bean Team even though I hunt what ya'll consider an off color. lol. I have something down here right now I'm working on and good Lord willing I will be set up beside you at Orangeburg next year with a stud. Now I dont onw him but he is red, and the type of blood everybody wants. He just needs a little tune up.

Maybe one day I can get some red in your kennel. And oh by the way, if yall have that hunt up at Boldens I want in, if all yall dont mind some color in the compitition.

I think he will cross well on anything jodie bred and especially harry to boot. Just landing those good females is the hard part, theres a lot of good stud dogs and its hard to get them to bring them to young stud dog until hes proven and I do understand that. I don't know if you have gotten the chance to see him in public but you will like his looks.
