Had a nice little hunt with Tom`s Bandit.Then came home loaded up my Lou and Kid male he did a real nice job tonight. the problem I have is I don`t know when to stop.coon seem to be everywhere perfect for my pup.I`ve been working alot of hours and trying to hunt a few young hounds off of kid and I can say one thing I diffently feel my age at times.

Hows Sunny doing for you ? I had my kid x Lou female out lastnight she looked good she is a natural real mouth on her. Tom has a real nice male littermate to Sunny.I took him tonight hunted him byhis self.he will swim and can move a track real good in water.real nice tree dog. good mouth on him too.

Sunny with Frost

Yes Matt,
Give Sunny a few days to settle in and get used to things ,,,which she really didnt need it ,,,she seemed fine from the get go.

But we started out by giving her a few drags and then 2 turn out coon at night and then started hauling her with Frost.

I predict ,,,,,,not many critters will get too far from the tree when knocked out this fall ...

I know one thing for sure,,,, she don't like em,,,
So much that I think she needs to be re-named,,,,, sunny seems way to nice to me ,,,,

will keep you posted on her progress

We had a great time at bluetick days visiting with friends and we had a great time catching a big mess of crappie and frying them up I caught and released 9 largemouth bass.
Didn't bring any trophys home but had fun trying Thursday night with Bandit and Friday with Kid.Kid did a outstanding job getting by himself twice.first and first both times.I think he d like to fire me as his handler sometimes.still fun.
I want to congratulate all the winners and all the good sportsmanship on both of my cast. Fun times and memories.seen some good hound work from both young and old hounds.Happy Hunting !!!

We had a great time hunting this week.Tom Jennings came over with Baby Six and brought Tara over a different night.Hounds treed several coon and I managed to get a few different young hounds out of Kid out showing some promise in the Timber.
Church and Graduation partys tonight.

i had a gyp that was out of this stinger dog i couldnt get her to tree on nothing well i say that she treed one possum. but i couldnt get her to do nothing so i gave her to some young boys that was going to try her on hogs and i be dang she made a hogdog them boys say that shes the best hogdog that they got so even though she didnt make a coondog she still made something and to me that shows that this hound throw the drive to hunt in his pups which in my opinion is the main thing in a pup that make a coondog

Majority of Stinger's off spring are looking for a track.that's just the way high percentage of his hounds were.Stinger himself was one of the hardest treedogs that I had here. A lot of people heard him tree and liked him.I prefer a balanced hound that can flat drive a track.sometimes they turn out to be a little track happy.
I'm glad she turned out to do something.do you remember what female she was off of ???
