Yep been a team effort on him from the start and Chris has done a gret job training him and I think Jason and him will be a hard team to beat in the hunts one's bout as crazy as the other the way I see it is it's been a fun ride and ain't no where's near over seems everyday is an adventure around here and I can't wait to see what tomarrow will bring..

Our coon club has a benefit hunt every year at this time and we raise money and give it to a local family in need this year a friend of ours Mother was donated the money his mom has terminal MS and dosent have long to go I am proud to annouce that we raised almost $1,700 for these people we had a great time and a great turn out Thanks to all involved..The night hunt was won by James (Chic) Snyder and his hound Tough congrats Chic!!Looking foward to next years hunt all invited its a great cause..

Sure can she came from a female that me and my brother in law owned together named Small Fry and her daddy was my JJ dog (JJ was a direct son of Jesse as well) and her mom was a female I owned named Molley she was a littermate sister to Woodstock Grizzly. JJ ,Fry and Molley was all nice hounds and great tree dogs Molley and Fry was really hard tree dogs! So the next day I went and got her there she was tied to that tree with a trench that was three feet deep from pacin her chain I took her home and took her hunting that night Chance was a pup then he treed a coon in a pretty short order walked her into the tree shot it to her and you should have seen how she acted she acted like it was a toy played with it all the way to the truck just loved it the next morning I opened the kennel door and swore to her she would never be tied again as long as she lived the farm was hers go where she may!!! We laughed at her all they time she would lay at the wood shed and tree at chipmunks or a possum for hours and prolly dug up bout every flower we planted for a long time every once in awhile the wife would go out the front door for work and scream about something she had dead drug up on the porch or laying dead in the yard she was always after something she soon got real old and didn't leave the porch much but no matter she was a natural hunter and very gamey and no matter where I was on the farm working if I was gone long she would find me and just be laying in the shade close by watching me work.. Then we would take our truck ride back to the house and she would ride in the front seat with me all the way to the house she loved to ride in the truck..Tyler she was one of my FAVORITES and she will always be in my breeding program there has been a many of them burried in the north holler and just three in the west holler and she is one of the three!!!Thanks for making me remember her for me it ain't always all about the titles...

Hey Jesse Lee

Your daughter treed two coon on the banks of Taylorsville Lake tonight....saw one, couldn't find the other but there were wet tracks going up the tree. Daddy happy.

Man it sounds like she was the kind thats hard to replace and a good looking hound to boot!Titles mean nothing to us,we comp hunt but pleasure hunt is what we enjoy the most just getting out listening to the hounds having a good time... enjoyed the info thanks alot Rory for taking the time to share it with me!!!

Another long night down on Taylorsville Lake. Ran the first down the shoreline and about 300 yds and treed with the meat, then a long, questionable track ( HA ), then working her way out to daddy, she gets within 200 yds and just sat down and started treeing...money !!! Gamey Big River Style.
