This is May, my pup out of Dutch X Izzy. It has been a long time since I have been this excited about a young dog. She handles well, loads, and is super smart. She has been easy to train and willing to please. For such a small female she has a loud screaming mouth that carries well. In the next few weeks she will make her way to the woods for the first time at night.

Bill, hope all is well. Just thought I'd let you know I'm liking the female I have off Dutch. She's about 19 months old now, and loves to get by herself and get treed. She has a really good mouth, and a head-full of sense. I have turned her loose on deer, and so far, she has refused to run them. Can't say that about slick tails!!! She's treed a couple, and caught one on the ground. It had a bad day!! lol!!!!! I hope to get her in some hunts after this season. She's got what it takes. From what I understand, the entire litter is doing good. Not all good coon dogs are good reproducers, but it sure looks and sounds like Dutch is the real deal!!!! Congratulations for the good job you've done with him, and I sure hope the best is yet to come for you!!!!

This is a video of May (Dutch X Izzy) with the first live coon she has seen. She has also been to the woods one time at night. She went hunting but had no idea what she was doing. It will come with time and more hunting.

Bill, looks like ole Dutch is doing his part in the reproducing department. I wish you the best with him. I guess you have nearly got that new house finished. How is the weather up there. It has been real nice here, but it's raining tonight and I think it is fixing to change. Your weather may be like Rod Rose's and Ed Mauney's. I have always heard how cold it gets in Kansas and Illinois. I went to both places and carried every piece of winter clothing I had. I didn't carry any summer clothes. I liked to have burnt up.LOL. Your weather may be the same way. Warm weather all year long. They both will probably be calling me and tell me how cold its getting up there now. I aint going to believe them.LOL.

Thanks Mr Jack! I guess Dutch is doin alright. I tell everybody, I owe it all to you my friend. All I've done is carried a dog huntin, and bred him to a few female's, the rest was up to him, and it's all because of you that he's here with me.. Lol!

I did notice in the new Bloodlines book that Dutch has two female's in the top ten performance point earners. Mr Jack Smith and Gin, and Mr Brett Nally and Maxy, Congratulations Guys!

Last but certainly not least, I would like to Thank Joe Conner for bring his female's down from Maryland and breeding to Dutch, I wish you all the best!
