Hello Johnny, I've been enjoying following your thread on Poncho. I know they are just coming 6 months old, but have you gotten any feedback on the cross of Poncho on Marcus Leck's Ruby gyp?

Took poncho out last night , the wind was blowing 30 miles an hr treed one .6 of a mile I was stupid enough to cut him from there an he went another 1 1/2 before he treed again . Not a good night

Jeff, I think your right about that my pup treed with the old dog first night out and second night out I should of had a tracking collar on him cause he was gone. I thank John for giving me the oppertunity to own this pup, looking forward to hunting him and watching him progress, good luck with your pup Jeff.

I have nt messed with my pup out of Maude yet, but I ve been hunting the one out of queen. She has treed a couple on her own and is very quick on track ( fast game or a coon lol)

The pup belongs to a kid that live right by me and he hunt every night so the pup will have a chance to make a coondog. He is very proud of him at that age.
