Glad she's ok, HB. I had quite the ride with some mules last week. One boy fell off his when it spooked, it stayed with us. But about a minute later, another mule spooked and took off running and bucking until the rider went off. Another woman riding a mule told me the last time the mule gotta way from them, they found it 2 days later! She got off her mule and told a another boy riding with us, to hold her mule. She might as well said "here hold my beer". That mule was running over to the first mule a minute later. About 1/2 hr later, we had both of them caught.
Had a much better ride on Saturday, we went camping for 2 nights. Only got to ride one day, but we rode almost 13 miles. I had to come home early because we had 2nd crop down. Made 550 bales in 2 days.
Rex, your corn looks so yummy. My SIL paid $4.50 for 1/2 doz ears a few wks ago. We bought some from the Amish for $4/doz.
In the high 80's here, we were supposed to get rain which we need badly, but I guess it's going south of us.
