John I for one have no clue on how to cure that problem had a male dog one time that when you gave him fresh water he would pea in it he was a pretty fair coondog he was young and may have got out of it but I sold him because of that one habit that he had

Morning all,
Got one treed last night. Just started hunting some new land and it is a nice little spot. I have found some poo on a couple of big rocks. One is about 2 foot from the ground and about 12" wide. It is about 15 foot long. It has pile all down it. another is flat and has several piles. The same poo is in a tree that is blown over about 15 foot off ground. I am thinking coon however not many berry seeds in it. And yes for the squimmish one I will be posting a pic to see if anyone can tell for sure it is a coon. Worse problem with the land they want me to kill everything I tree. The coons are tearing up the corn and gardens.

Dan,
I thought that too however the top of the rock is 2 foot from the ground and about 12" wide. This goes all down the 15 feet of the rock. It is just kind of sticking out of the ground. The fact that I have found it also on a tree that is blown over about 15 feet in the air makes me think coon. Did not see any seeds in it though. I have found this all around the area I am hunting.

She was a tuff little rascal but we got her here by C section finally at 8:15 Tuesday night...Mom and her are doing fine last report I got late last night when we left the hospital...thanks for all the congrad's

Morning all,

Corky,
Thanks, I figured since I am heading to the Grand American I better get him in shape. Plus been working with Juice to try to get her doing something. Justin said he wants to hunt her in the youth hunts. She is coming along fair she will hunt and has tracked some, her main issue is at the tree she just can not figure out where the scent goes. But I try to not get to aggrevated even though she is a little over two she was not in the woods much if any before I got her. She is not one bit scared of them when they hit the ground but right now she is not getting meat unless she gets on the tree.
I did have one guy tell me with a two year old never hunted I am wasting my time, don't know for sure but will give her a chance and see what she how it goes.
