Had a great time hunting snowshoes w recurve bow. We have someting simular in ohio we call it "snipe" hunting Ha!

Your Moose dog is a nice hound and the pup u showed me is a natural. You are breeding some nice dogs.

had a good time at ashland last week, I spectated with John Gills "penny" who won 2nd place nt ch on fri. she looked good and had the cast won but john screwed up and gave the win away!ha!
I got to see some old friends again and i like that.

I have decided to not run moose in any hunts this year, he was 6 yrs old when i bought him and he finished to nt ch easily, he has nothing to prove to me, he will be used to breed my females and I will hunt his pups in the hunts. He is without a doubt one of the toughest coondogs Ive ever hunted with and his pups are looking good too.

Thanks for coming down , yeah I really screwed up Sat night. Not often you watch your dog tree a coon right in front of you and fail to tree your dog!! Hadnt selpt in three days brain lock I guess.

Penny was still nursing pups and was pulled down. Hadnt run her since Nov. She had Queen of hunt all wrapped up if I hadnt messed up. Oh well she was second highest scoring dog Fri and High scoring Bluetick . We'll get em

Moose has been bred to Diamond. shes my little ole dog that is line bred on Morris Blue River Boomer and Sizemores Scout.She is all heart,drive and the most stay put tree dog Ive ever seen. I cant wait to hunt one of these pups!

"STEEL" , is huntin' the woods of OHIO . And so is his sister and her pups. I wish we could go back and make that cross again . Or better yet find some of Diamond's sib's . Let me know how Moose's pups turn out . I only 1 male out of that cross , a male I called "Booger " . I went out to feed him one day and found him in his box , dead . Oh well , we must go on .

yea it was at Reading, Ricky Bryant was judge,guide and he has alot of coon. Larry wilcox got the first place win! this pup turned a year old on april 9th. and hasnt been hunted really hard. Hes not owned by me, but my daughters boyfriend and Im helping him train him. theres a couple things he needs work on and hes gonna be really,really nice in my opinion.

Lil Moose made me proud last night. It was my fault that he didnt get a first. lost the cast by 25pts. But Im glad a good guy with a nice walker won the cast.

Ed hayes bred his "Abby" to Moose today, shes out of NTCH Buckeye Blue Classic Rock, owned by Steve Morgan. her mom is a sister to Floyd Sprengs "cooter" smokey river, brush creek blue, blue river Boomer bred. she likes to split tree. Ed has hunted with Moose and his pup alot.
