Im with you doug

Man I have been biting at the bits for SOMEBODY to break loose with some Rock blood. I hear they have a young male out of Rock And insane jane but they are just a year old. Not sure when they will start breeding him. But at least its a start. I am afraid they will come out of the gate with some kind of crazy stud fee like they did the track man jane male with 500 bux and hasnt even thrown a pup yet. No dog is worth that kind of stud fee until he has proven for several years he can reproduce. Not every world champion produces world champions. Only time shows us exactly what a dog is going to produce.

I dearly want some Rock blood up close. cant seem to get anybody to use it. theres lots of it from different grandsons and great grandsons, but I dont see it on the ground yet.

I might have to breed to that wild Kenney dudes dog one of these days if something doesnt pop up. Did somebody buy that clifton river rock semen? would like to see it used as well.

True of False

When I see people asking about old blood or a certain strain and where did it go, I have to wonder.

If it was what it was suppose to be wouldn't you think it would still be around?

Jason Gillespie on here will be breeding his female to a spring creek rock son. Odyssey Kennel Eliminator will be the sire. The dam will be Lay Up Lizzy, she has Eliminator in her third generation also. They should be some real nice pups.

nope bruce it just goes to show you that the old saying [ LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE ] is just what it means lol everybody is just like our govt. and all ways gonna ''FIX '' this to be even better and just winds up screwing the whole thing up .

and just to throw this out there I am not advocating it in any way so ya'll don't bite my head off lol but how do you think dogs would be bred today if there were no such thing as a [ circle ] option on a score card . and a coon was seen or it wasn't to get points

lots of Spring Creek Rock blood

finally popping up..............
Tim Tillman....ark
Ark. Cooner on here...ark
Dennis Mcdowell....st Joseph, Mo.....check out walker stud ad under "Best Line Bred Dog in USA"...10 time line bred spring creek radar
Matt Cantrell central Tn....ssgied on here....line bred radar
Jason Gillespie...Eliminator Cross coming in a few days.
Darren Eby on the walker board...multiple spring creek rock breeding

I highly suggest you give these guys a shot of their hounds. You will be surprised how they stack up against all the new THANG blood now.

These Rock hounds were more balanced and better track dogs than most of what we have being offered right now.

I think Darren and tim will be at A.O. with rock bred pups.

look up Jason Gillespie on here or check out Lay-Up kennels on the kennel page. Jason has a litter of pups now out of Limo and Lizzy. both have lots and lots of ROCK up close. probably the closest you will find in a while. i think all the pup are sold. Give me a shout and i can get you Jasons number if you want it.

its not around as much cause people started breeding heavey for hot nosed nitehunt dogs,

the radar,fr joe, chief dogs I had back in the 80's could run a track backwards for half hour before turning it around the right direction,
that puts a hurting on the old legs trying to stay within 5 minutes walking of a dog,
mess's up a night hunt quick,
teached ya to sit at the truck or on top mountain awhile till the dogs cranked up the speed on the track before following them too close
maybe that's why they started out with a 3 hr hunt time.
I found out if I crossed house chief, clint, tomtom into the finleyriver dogs,it cut back on the backtracking a lot.

NITECH pr buck creek hammer ..
