Kid has a few females lined up this spring.I like this hound and i can`t wait to see what he is going to throw.Kid has looked good where ever he has been turned loose.what I like about him is he is as action packed as any hound i`ve been to the woods with.I would say he might just be the best thing to happen around here for a while.so much on Kid ,happy huntin.

I brought Crow home today. Hopefully full of Stinger grandkids. I posted pictures of Mike and Slew on the Lake Huron tread... I might have a gyp for Kid yet this year...

Hounds are doing good.My pups off of Kid and Powder are doing real good growing very good.I`m gonna try and get some pictures up soon.I may have two left to get rid of.these little fat ones are standing on the fence all the time.with all the sage in their blood they should be wood hogs.i`m excited about this litter.

I`m in the process of getting down on hounds so a few changes in the next few weeks.the price of feed and everything going up except my paycheck.nlol
my hounds have been eating better than we and family commitments.My son has made it to afg.and we get to pick up his daughter every two weeks and take her back home.its been alittle hectic here with my daughter and her boys moving back in.I don`t get the chance to get on here as much as I did. the boys take their toll on me.were all a little spoiled.
we have a heavy ice storm hitting us right now.hope the trees handle it well.all take care.

I want to Thank Ken Hitchcock and Jimmy Shepard for making the trip down from Michigan yesterday.Kid had a date with a daughter of Legend and Lou that Ken owns. No problems getting the job done so with any luck we ll have a new litter on the ground around 63 days from now and should be ready to go sometime in may.this is a cross I`ve been wanting to do for some time.all the pups in that Legend and Lou litter started off quick.so mating with her to Kid should be something extra nice.

Ken didn`t go home with a empty dog box he took two female s and my Rowdy male out of Stinger back with him.one of the females is going to Mike Fairchild.
I bet Sandy was tickled when she seen the little kid puppy.

Good Luck Jimmy,Ken,Mike, with your additions and Thanks again for looking at Kid.I`m happy to see they went to good hard hunting homes.

I know where you got the name Ed from.thats funny right their.

While Ken and Jim were here my ol friend Ed showed up all wound tight and really hit it off with Ken and Jim the funny thing was I was just telling them the good times I had with Ed hunting and fishing.Then he shows up.I havent seen him in months.
good name for that pup might as well call him Poacher.LOL

Bryan,pups are looking good I ended up with 2 males and 3 females 1 male and the females look like powder.I have something wrong with my settings and havent figured out how to post the pictures.I used tohave it down to minutes.lol I ll keep you posted on them.Powder is done feeding them and they are eatting wet dog feed real good.
I sent one of the males up to Ken`s and I have one female going to Tenn.One female going to eastern ohio.I`m planning on keeping one female not forsure yet.they all act real real nice,blocky heads on all.
Mike,she is wound tight she needs to be put in your hands and she will reproduce awesome hounds.you ll know what to breed her too.i`m looking forward to seeing her go again.

Ken ol Ed is one of a kind.just like your little ED.

I had a few phone calls today discussing Stinger and how much speed he put into his offspring.I did the Kid and powder cross doubling up Stinger.these pups act real good and are easy on the eyes.I`m here to tel you this cross is going to be as good as any that i`ve made and time will tell if Kid is going to be the reproducer I think he is.If you have a female coming into heat and want to take a chance on a pretty nice hound give me a call,iM sure something can be worked out.

They are growing super good and I have them about weaned from Powder.these guys re standing on the fence all the time now.

I sold a female pup out of Kid and Fly and was lucky to get her bought back yesterday.she is cat pawed to no end and she sure can gate she is all legs.I bet she can keep up now,she is all speed.just when i was wanting to get down and right back up on a few.lol I `ve hearing good reports on Kids young ones and I really think he is going o be one dominate reproducer.I need to get a few more females bred to him to see before he gets to much older so if you have a female you like call me and i`ll show him.he has won about everywhere i`ve taken him and everybody knows I`m a terrible handler.lol

I ll post picture s of her soon.

My pups are looking good growing like crazy.having a small litter sure seems to help get the nurishments they need.it looks like i have 1 male not spoken for.the pups are real nice.

The response i ve been getting on Kid is a little more than I ever figured on getting.His pups are nice and seem to be pleasing everyone.The one thing that sticks out on Kid is the way he handles his self .you never know he s on the place.I have 2 out of Fly and Kid both have big loud mouths on them.this is where I would fault Kid if anywhere is his voice its not overpowering its loud enough where I hunt.He gets louder as the night goes on.he can sure make it look so easy thats another thing I like about him.not perfect by no means just a nice hound in general.

Jim your to funny, I need spell check in a bad way.I was at work on my cell and had a min.so I thought I would bring my thread back up...when are your puppies due? as of right now I have nothing bred. Ken Hitchcock has a litter coming from Kid and his Legend x Lou female Angel.I ve been playing with a few young pups, I m liking what I see so far.prolly the best looking pups i ve raised in a while are these pups out kid and powder.they are tight.take care and we ll be talking to you soon...
