I'm also really excited about Deal. He is the most advanced pup at 0 months old that's resided at our place. I prob should just keep huntin him in the country but part of me wants to take him to town and see if he could nt ch before 12 months.

Picked up a grnitech girlfriend on the way home for smoke, will post more if we get her stuck.

Roy we took Riptide and Hanna out tonight made 3 dump treed 2 dens and 1 on the outside. Hanna for just turning 4 months old on the 18th and the 2nd time ever out sure impressed us she went with Riptide every stride tonight and never seen her unless she was sitting at the tree. Here are a few pics of her on the garmin. And 1 pic of at the tree. She aint treeing yet but she stretches up on the tree and checks it out its just a matter of time. Hanna is out of Roys robin female and Guage.

Hannas moma started at 4months old also. Id say I need to get on the stick and may start takeing my little male and female to the woods too. Exposure is all Im after but they want to start like Robin did that is just a bonus.
These pups have it bred in them on both sides way back so I guess we might expect something to happen.LOL

Roy we took her to a few nice little patches to give her a chance and Riptide not having to get to far out to hit one. She is a real ball of fire. I had no idea she would bail in there and go with him like that. I really prefer they hang a little closer that young so they don't get out there and get lost. She is not afraid of dogs a treeing that is for sure, not afraid of a gun, will put her feet up on the tail gate already. They may not run and tree yet but they are always learning something and last night she learned following Tide she will be tired the next day. LOL!

Our pups are sprouting up too. We havent hunted to much this past week been working some long hours again and Timmy is just a week away from getting married. Timmy went to a RQE tonight I dont know if its the last fling befor he gets married or what. LOL

Jim Combs won Best Male of Show and King of Show with his Jack pup Smoke X Pearl at the John Smith Memorial in Checotah Ok this afternoon. I talked to him at the nationals and he said he really likes this pup in. the woods. Pearl is out of Pop A Top
Young dogs out of Smoke are just now hitting the hunts and shows. So far they are doing great.

Talked to John Burton and his pup Mad Dog Big Timber Skidder is ready to single out. John said he is split treeing and a natural. Skidder is a full litter mate to Credit and Deal.
Mark Brown has the littermate sister to them that he likes a bunch
Dave Hutton also has a litter mate sister to these pups that he said he is huntting and she will make a good one. She is a smaller female then what he likes but Dave said she has the drive to make up for her size.

Timmy and I are excited about this litter. All six pups are started and they just turned 10 months old. Most of them have started at around 5 months and are tree minded track burners. This fall we will be pushing ours in the hunts. They did good at the nationals in may but still too young to push hard in compitionI think.

Roy we have started turning out a few too Hanna and hope it will click over in doing so. First one we let get across a field and into the woods, turned her loose and she took off after it and hit the woods but only made one bark as it did not go very far in the woods before climbing. It won't take many I don't think as she is high octane! Right at 4.5 months so it is about time! LOL!
