Just got back from the Higginsville Hunt where Ranger won 1st place in style, he got off by himself twice and had the meat both times. Ranger is out of Turk and Robbie Brooks female. Ranger is a nice hound.........Tim

The three Turk males that I have been hunting this summer and fall have done well for themselves. Two have finished to NT Ch, one is a Dual CH and the other has a first and a BMOS. All three dogs are from different females with different bloodlines.......Tim

Just got in from a hunt with big Brother, he took Big Boy and a young female and I took Ranger and a female we treed 4 singles and caught one on the ground. The one on the ground got away and went into a pond and I thought that I was going to have to swim to help Ranger out, he finally brought the coon to the bank, it was a big ole boar. Dogs looked good.........Tim

Ranger is qualified for the Mo Federation Hunt Off this weekend, I have him as ready as I can when I turn him loose he gets treed with the meat and stays. All I need now is a lot of luck, some good breaks and cooperating coon.........Tim

Didn't win my cast, had 3 split trees and only seen 1 coon, other dogs scored on 2 coon.

Roy Clifton, hunting Smoke, won his cast with plus points but didn't advance. They only took the top 16 cast winners.

Just got a phone call from Tony Simmons, he picked up a puppy out of my Pearl Female(Pop -A -Top x Lyon's Blue Moon) x John II last December as a Christmas Present for a friend around Wichita,Kansas. The pup is around 1 yr old now and the owner, a 14 yr old boy, went pleasure hunting last Sat night with some competition hunters, the pup treed a coon on the old dogs and did it right. He looked good enough that the boy turned down $1500.00 on the spot. I believe we will be hearing more about this pup real soon.............Tim
