hello every one..!!
the lake house was beautiful.. christian and i had a blast ! we fished, shot the bb gun, rowed in the row boat, which made my arms feel like noodles..play basket ball, threw the base ball, cooked out, sat in the rocking chair in the evening..played the wii...and i ate almost the entire watermelon, in just half a day,,, so you can say i was water logged and couldnt move much after that..
come home to a mess..dad had broke 3 ribs on a trail ride.. within 3 days of that he had gotten very sick , and was rushed to the er with side effects of his addison's disease... sorry to say...its not a lot of fun throwing up with 3 broke ribs...he is home now, but ive been going out there on my days off to help him.. he has a lot of work out there to do.. im fixing to get ready to head that way in a few...

james... ive been praying !! keep us posted !

Hoodies at the Pearly Gates

Saint Peter is sitting at the Pearly Gates when two guys wearing hoodies arrive. St. Peter looked out through the Gates and said, "Wait here. I’ll be right back."

St. Peter goes over to God's chambers and tells him who is waiting for entrance. God says to Peter: "How
many times do I have to tell you--you can't be racist and judgmental here. This is heaven. All are loved. All are
brothers. Go back and let them in!"

St. Peter goes back to the Gates, looks around, and lets out a heavy sigh. He returns to God's chambers and
says,"Well, they're gone."

“The guys wearing hoodies?" asked God.

"No. The Pearly Gates."

I dont know what this world is coming to

you got to an app to tell if you got a wore out belt.

Please share this information with your customers who use a smart phone. This is unique to Gates and actually fun to use!

DENVER, Colo. – The Automotive Aftermarket division of Gates Corporation, a leading manufacturer of industrial and automotive products, today announced the launch of the Parts Image Capture (PIC) Gauge Belt Wear App, a first-of-its-kind smartphone app that delivers accurate measurement and evaluation of serpentine belt wear.

Using state-of-the-art digital imaging technology in concert with industry-standard specifications for serpentine belts, Gates PIC Gauge utilizes a photograph taken with the smartphone’s built-in camera, which is then analyzed by patent-pending software to determine the degree of rib wear detected. The analysis returns one of three results: within specifications (green), wear detected (yellow), or replace belt (red). Belt wear meas_urements can be captured from any automotive or heavy-duty K-section serpentine belt.

HelloHelloHello!

YES... very VERY busy...really working to get the construction done on this house AND not lose it to being so darned broke. We'll get by somehow....

Shannon, prayers for your dad!

1Night, always keeping us laughing! Thanks!

James...LOL.. you gotta HAVE a smart phone to do the APPs thing... I got me an OLDE dumb phone..but it's shiny red, has recordings of my dawgs and roosters on it and has my late BlueDawg Wyatt gorgeous voice...along with poor Websters voice as the ring tone.... So I'm keeping IT till it aint got no More life in it...LOL...

OK, lets see, the SUN is SHINING and it's Gorgeous out! After a stretch of grey wet yuck...it's NICE! Tomatoes are showing a bit of promise! Got a couple summer squashes peeking thru the flowers AND I had real home grown beet greens in my salad last night! WOooHOoo!
Life is good and bad...but more good than bad! lol... I'll get on here when I can but just can't be here 24/7 like I could before... but I'm here and alive and fine so NO worries please!
Have a GREAT day! Heather

Pet Rules

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To be posted VERY LOW on the refrigerator door - nose height.

Dear Dogs and Cats,

The dishes with the paw print are yours and contain your food. The other dishes are mine and contain my food. Please note, placing a paw print in the middle of my plate and food does not stake a claim for it becoming your food and dish, nor do I find that aesthetically pleasing in the slightest.

The stairway was not designed by NASCAR and is not a racetrack. Beating me to the bottom is not the object. Tripping me doesn't help because I fall faster than you can run.

I cannot buy anything bigger than a king sized bed. I am very sorry about this. Do not think I will continue sleeping on the couch to ensure your comfort. Dogs and cats can actually curl up in a ball when they sleep. It is not necessary to sleep perpendicular to each other stretched out to the fullest extent possible. I also know that sticking tails straight out and having tongues hanging out the other end to maximize space is nothing but sarcasm.

For the last time, there is not a secret exit from the bathroom. If by some miracle I beat you there and manage to get the door shut, it is not necessary to claw, whine, meow, try to turn the knob or get your paw under the edge and try to pull the door open. I must exit through the same door I entered. Also, I have been using the bathroom for years -- canine or feline attendance is not required.

The proper order is kiss me, then go smell the other dog or cat's butt. I cannot stress this enough!

To pacify you, my dear pets, I have posted the following message on our front door:

To All Non-Pet Owners Who Visit & Like to Complain About Our Pets:

1. They live here. You don't.
2. If you don't want their hair on your clothes, stay off the furniture. (That's why they call it "fur"niture.)
3. I like my pets a lot better than I like most people.
4. To you, it's an animal. To me, he/she is an adopted son/daughter who is short, hairy, walks on all fours and doesn't speak clearly.

Remember: In many ways, dogs and cats are better than kids because they:
1. Eat less
2. Don't ask for money all the time
3 Are easier to train
4. Normally come when called
5. Never ask to drive the car
6. Don't hang out with drug-using friends
7. Don't smoke or drink
8. Don't have to buy the latest fashions
9. Don't want to wear your clothes
10. Don't need a "gazillion" dollars for college.

And finally,

11. If they get pregnant, you can sell their children.

1nighthunter, I thought that the Monks came up with 'hoodies". I have seen pictures of them in their robes with "hoodies". James, I only have a 'dumb" phone so I don't have any apps. I do know when my belt is worn out though. The red battery light in my dashboard comes on. Kinda like when I also know that my tires are worn out. All of the air leaks out between the cords. WB, I did not realize that Linkous was red-headed. And once again you have reminded us what an Outlaw that you are. It is no wonder that the rest of the Va Cartel have quit hunting with you!

As you Slide Down the Banister of Life

- Remember

1. Jim Baker and Jimmy Swaggert have written
An impressive new book. It's called .......
'Ministers Do More Than Lay People'

2. Transvestite: A guy who likes to eat, drink
And be Mary..

3. The difference between the Pope and
Your boss, the Pope only expects you
To kiss his ring.

4. My mind works like lightning, One brilliant
Flash and it is gone.

5. The only time the world beats a path to
Your door is if you're in the bathroom.

6. I hate sex in the movies. Tried it once.
The seat folded up, the drink spilled and
That ice, well, it really chilled the mood.

7. It used to be only death and taxes
Now, of course, there's
Shipping and handling, too.

8. A husband is someone who, after taking
The trash out, gives the impression that
He just cleaned the whole house.

9. My next house will have no kitchen - just
Vending machines and a large trash can.

11. Definition of a teenager?
God's punishment...for enjoying sex.

12. As you slide down the banister of life, may
The splinters never point the wrong way...
