Was finally able to get that win on Daisy against competition Saturday at Allegheny Coon Hunters Association. 6 shows and 190 points racked up. The only shows this dog got beat out for best female of show was when she went up against another one of my dogs. Ready to push her to Grand and get her ready for the hunts come spring.

Yeah she's turned into a solid little hound. Runs and trees pretty well, doesn't miss much but does like a possum here and there. I'm hoping to get her worked out and ready for a serious push in the hunts next year.

Thunder got his first points towards show champion with a best of class, breed and show win at Barbour County CHA last night. He just turned 6 months old and is a head turner. Hope he turns into the track burner it's looking like he'll be.

Took thunder out tonight with daisy, just his 2nd time in the woods and he got out by himself and opened on track. He took it backwards but I was thrilled with what he did. Definitely showing a lot of promise.

Thunder has made show champion in 3 shows. Saturday night he beat 3 fine hounds to get his first win towards grand and qualified for the world championship. I haven't been able to hunt as much as I need to but he's made progress each time out. Very happy with this young hound.

Thanks Scott, you're gonna have to come check this ol boy out sometime. He improves every time I take him out. I've started hunting him alone and he's starting to show some nose and brains. Treed one during the day on Saturday. It was hot and dry and he still figured it out. I'm very excited about him.

Haven't done a lot with Thunder lately besides woods time, by himself for the most part. He's starting to get better on tough tracks and is coming along nicely. Gonna take him to a local hunt tonight and try for his 3rd win toward grand on the bench and see what he does in his first nite hunt.

Did well in his first nite hunt on Friday night. First drop he had first strike second tree but left it as we were getting there so he took minus there(coon was there and he ended up coming back). 2nd drop he struck in but we had to catch the dogs up because they were going to the road. 3rd drop 1st strike 2nd tree with the meat. So he made a couple mistakes that cost him but I'm not disappointed in him at all. It was a fun hunt and I look forward to the next one.
