For the last several months I've been looking for a light that would be of good quality, nice bright beam, and wouldn't break the bank. My price range was around $200. I decided on a Boss Magnum and ordered it from Conkey's.

The light arrived a few days later. However, there was a problem with the light and it would not work on the high power setting. I do not know what the snafu was, damaged in shipping, bug, who knows. But that's the luck I'm used to, lol.

I contacted Conkey's. I've never delt with them aside from my initial purchase of the light. Conkey's express shipped a new light with money in the box to send back the first light. All I can say is WOW! I've never had an experience like that with a vendor. I was expecting the typical response of "Return the light and we'll send you a new one when we get our light back." I was anticipating being out the expense of shipping the broke light and having to wait for a replacement light...and you never know how long that wait will be. COMPLETE OPPOSITE!

The new Boss Magnum I received is awesome. Super bright! For $200 its well worth it! No regrets!
