lol well if some 120 pound KID jumped on me and i had to KILL him to get him to stop thats pretty sad man ,and why is he a thug cause hes black really ????

Bob, I think the difference is that Shawn Tyson was arrested and held in custody within 6 days of the murders that he eventually was found guilty and sentenced for. Trayvon was killed 34 days ago. Nothing has been done about it so far. I am sure if Shawn Tyson had been left free for 34 days there would be an uproar about it.

Oh my gosh dude! Yea it's becuase he's black! My gosh bud. Also it doesn't take to big of a person to pull a trigger. What I want to know is was there any drugs in either of their systems.

Zimmermans account to what happened can be backed up. I can't for the life of me figure why a guy has no history of this type of behavior just up and decides to target and shoot someone.

Ben ,can you tell us exactlly which laws Zimmerman broke?Can you tell us the exact circumstances? I didn't think so. Surely if there was ANY possible way to charge him, it would have been done by now.So all you "victims" and "victim rights advocates" had better start looking for another tragedy to exploit.Wouldn't it be great if they found out Zimmerman was actually a "black hispanic" instead of a "white hispanic"?

The report is Trayvon was 6`3"! Zimmermans father said he was attacked from behind by Martin! Again, for the umteenth time, that picture of Trayvon was when he was 13 years old! One way or the other, I hope justice prevails, not public opinion.

Actually it looks like he has a history of domestic violence, violence against a police officer, and a reputation for a being a guy who might just "snap".

He killed a guy. that is in most situations illegal. the lead investigator wanted him to be charged.
thanks for the advice but as a victims rights advocate I think exploiting this tragedy is working out just fine. I am glad you chose to use the word "tragedy", because it is.

The 911 tape said Martin was acting erratic, in Zimmermans opinion! Warranted or not, Zimmerman was there to be a neighborhood watch person, and that is what he was doing.
Did he stalk, Trayvon, or was he observing Trayvon? Did Zimmerman break his own nose, and injure his own head? I don`t know, and neither do you. I`m sure you have checked all your liberal web-sites and blogs, and you people have already convicted him!

Truly,with a handle like that, how is it you can't differentiate between truth and propaganda? Most everything in the natl. media was cooked to fit their agenda and if you have an ounce of truth in ya, you know it. The media clowns make Goebels look like a rank amateur. Tell a lie often enough and it becomes the truth?

Jim, the problem isn't the butt kicking.

It's trying to bash his brains out on the concrete. THAT is the problem. For all we know if he was just getting his tail whipped he may have took it.

Bashing someones brains out on concrete is a method of murder that is used every day. Spend some time in a hospital and you will find out really quickly how easy it is to kill someone by doing that. Every day people die that way.

I'm not saying that's what happened either. I am saying that is one side of the story, the side that was intentionally buried.

If that side of the story is true then he was well within his rights to shoot someone in self defense. Using the pavement/sidewalk to bash someones brains out is just as much a weapon as a knife or a gun. All of them kill you just as dead.

I AGREE,
or maybe if his bite wasn't as big as his bark he shouldn't have gotten involved at all. Seems like the police wanted him to not follow him. Zimmerman put himself in the position of danger. He self appointed himself to be a neighborhood vigilante, he chose to follow Trayvon. By all accounts, including Zimmerman's, Trayvon was trying to get away from Zimmerman. If he was not qualified, trained, tough enough or authorized to pursue Trayvon he could have left it to the professionals.

Truly, no that is not true. The POLICE never said they didn't want him to follow, a dispatcher said she didn't need him to do that. Didn't tell him not to, and it was a dispatcher not the police (unless that state has actual police that are the 911 operators which no one has stated that was the case).

On the other hand, the older guys account is that he followed for a ways then went BACK TO HIS VEHICLE where he was supposedly attacked by the younger guy. If the younger guy had wanted to get away then he could have while the older guy was going back to his vehicle.

Again that is the older guys account, that is an account so your statement "by all accounts" is just flat wrong.

That's the problem. Liberals like you heard "white guy shoots black guy" and you immediately wanted him arrested whether it was warrented or not.

Then your friends in the liberal media have been proven without a shadow of a doubt to have skewed the coverage, even going so far as to edit out parts of the 911 tape (that is not disputed by the way, they edited it out to make him look bad) and everybody has jumped to the conclusion that it was a racial thing.

Then they find this stuff out and realize he wasn't white so now the older guy is a "white hispanic" LMBO. White hispanic, you just can't make this stuff up.

His story is markedly different, but the other difference is an EYE WITNESS came forward and agreed with parts of his story.

My take on this has always been, let them sort it out properly. Not everyone that shoots someone should be arrested. Not everyone that claims self defense should walk.

By the evidence they had more evidence pointed to self defense than murder so they RIGHTFULLY let him walk.

I don't want people locked up that the evidence doesn't substantiate a charge against them.

Again, if he murdered that young man I hope he gets the chair.

If his story is true and the young man attacked him after he was going back to his vehicle and tried to bash his brains out on the concrete then I hope he never spends a day in jail.

I also think those that put a bounty out on his head should be in jail for soliciting murder. Anybody else that put a public bounty on someones life would be, why not them?

I really don�t know what happened but I have a feeling that they got into a fight ( for whatever reason) and Zimmerman was getting his butt kicked, panicked and shot him. I don�t think it was a life or death struggle but that is my opinion just like all of the rest of the stuff being put on here.

This is the problem I have. Do you think for one minute that we would have even heard about it had both of the people been of the same race? No, so the whole thing is blown up to drive someone�s political motives. Jesse and Al make their living off of this kind of crap and they are as big of racist as the klan.
I was raised from the time I was 12 by a black woman. Her grandson has been my very best friend for 23 years. I have seen both sides of the fence, racism is alive and well in the US and everywhere else on the planet. Trust me there are as many black racist as there are white. Living in a black community I experienced just as much racism as your brother in law does today. I don�t think this is an issue of race it�s an issue of bad police work and a lying media. Someone lost a son and someone else�s sons life is ruined. That�s all you, me or anyone else knows for sure.
