I'm getting restless not being able to hunt mouse. Only part about females I hate, them dang heat cycles. I was going to be putting her in several pkc hunts but I don't think they would like me showing up with her. lol well a week or so and we will be back at it. Taking Ike to a couple hunts here this week. Supposed to be some nice weather.

Mr Ike strikes again! Put him in his first 1 hr pkc hunt last night and man I was proud of him.

4 dog cast and he got under 3 coon for a score of 475 plus no minus no circle. We will see if we can keep it rollen Saturday night. Anyone else hunt last night?

Last night cut Ike lose twice and he got deep first cut in 15 minutes and had the coon. Next cut he was struck in about a minute and was treed 560 yards in 10 minutes with another coon.

I took the week off for Spring Break, Yesterday Morning I took my two Blueticks out and hunted them, Treed two on the outside and one in a Den. I have some video Im trying to upload.
I love the early morning coon hunt.

Here is the Video of the last tree, a Den on the edge of a slew, please enjoy

Hey those 2 for 2s usually satisfy me this time of year

Makes it hard to hunt long when it doesn't get dark until 8 45 and you have to be up at 5 30.

Kind of stinks right now, Ike is really cranking but Mouse is just coming out of heat so now I have to hunt two up. Makes it hard considering I only cut them alone. A fella better like walking cutting those two together.

Tree any last night? In the hunt there were a whole bunch of slick trees in just about every cast. Ike treed 3 of the coon in my cast out of 4. I got another 1st on him.

It was a ukc hunt they had 19 dogs in registered. Thank you he didnt look near as good tonight but i believe he was a bit tired. I let em call timeout and shortly after he fell treed and had a coon. Oh well lol
