Went hunting several times this past week, Ronnie and Carl Jr went with me, went with Kip and Eddie one night, only had the camera with me a couple of nights out of the week, but we treed everynight. Here are some pics of our hunts this past week....

I'm about to go stir crazy, sitting here these last few nights has killed me, just call me when you get ready. I'm gonna go today and buy me a rain suit, so I can hunt in the rain, a fellow tried to get me to go last night in the rain, said he went rain or snow, so I'm gonna start going rain or snow too!!
I bought another dog last night, a male out of Hardwood Cornell and my old Sadie gyp, got to try to get him home now from Iowa. This should be a good one. All his siblings sold for high dollar, this is one I just lucked out and got.
Just call me tonight and well hit the woods.

Had a good hunt last night With Clyde and Carl Skipper showed us three coons with a full moon hunted him along with three pups.
Did an excellent job on some old feeder tracks.

Don't have any pics of the hunt, just the coon from last night, this one is for Ronnie, his young female is doing well. She is learning alot from Skipper........Lil' Harry just got back from Texas and he went along last night.....Monkey is showing alot of promise, she is a real nice pup........here is the pic of our meat last night.

As you can see it's snowing/raining this morning while this pic was taken.....My good camera got broken and I don't have one to take hunting so I had to wait until this morning to get a picture, gonna get me another camera.......

I have coon hunted many years and know what a coon dog should and shouldnt do and I am hard to suit in a dog. My young Jade x Cane female is progressing along very good, the next six months should tell me if she is going to develope to be the type of dog that I would consider breeding if so I will be breeding her to Skipper. Looking forward to this cross it is left up to my female for Skipper has proven himself to me.

Hey Clyde,

Im getting ready to take Zeke and our ole Harry to get collected again in a couple weeks.You should consider doing the same to skipper.You are more then welcome to come up here stay and tree a few OHIO coons and take him and get it done when I get zeke and harry done again if you like.Just a thought.I know you stay busy.Good luck with skipper in the hunts.

Here's the meat from the hunt last night with Ronnie and Jr. It was a successful night, we got in before the rain. Skipper is still treeing these ole coons in Feb. making it look easy. Monkey got ahold of a coon last night, she started running on track and on the tree too, and Jade is running on track and treeing now, Skipper is teaching them well.
I'd rather hunt with you two than anyone I ever hunted with, we sure do have a good time while we're out. I like to hunt with honest and to the point guys.
We need to get Donnie Edwards back in the game, he needs to get him a dog!! You all tell him to get rid of those beagles and get him a coondog!! He can go with us.

I enjoyed our hunt last night, didnt know that coon was that big. Monkey is coming along real good .You sure have a nice female X pup I really like her I think she will make a dandy for Skipper will teach her all she needs to know about treeing a coon. Hope to have Jade where I want her someday. If she doesnt work out I have another one almost ready to start.

SKIPPER'S BEEN HOME FOR A FEW NIGHTS, WEATHER HAS BEEN BAD AND SNOWING, COLD AND ALL, NOT HAD ANYONE TO HUNT WITH FOR A FEW NIGHTS.
