My first snuff was called buttercup, it was a powder and you didnt chew it you snorted it! My grandma use to use it. then I switched to beechnut witergreen chew. "loved it!" Now I chew cope, kodiak, grizzly natural fine cut because I cant afford anything else........ I also like the chews john henry! red juice! but I can't find it anymore.

i used to chew skoal wintergreen long cut,,, my brother started me out on red man, then i got braces so i had to go to pouches then dad made me quit cuz he put about 7 grand in braces in my mouth so i picked up smoking marlbolo lights but i still chew a pouch everyonce in awhile

Use to use Skoal and Key. Then I wised up and quit! Nasty habit, will ruine teeth not to mention a very well chance of mouth cancer loosing lips and tongue. Also I started to have gum receeding problems. Not good. Had to get some skin grafting done on gums. Luckily it worked. Never will that sh*t go in my mouth again!

lol Aww they can make you some nice lil plastic teeth now a days lol. Im only 18 an i anit got much of a gum lefted. Been chewin since 14 though. Ill chew anything mostly wolf long cut wintergreen but long as it anit that apple or peach or any of that stuff ill chew it.

I myself prefer Copenhagen (where my name came from in high school, never believed a girl would dip and swallow it) but during my college classes, I have to have a bandit in my cheek - they sorta frown on tobacco in class. More often than not though you will find me with a dip in my mouth and a cigarette in my hand. And my husband normally switches back and forth between Cope and Skoal wintergreen but has recently discovered Red Seal. I've always called it "worm dirt".

How many of you have something that looks like this?
The one photo where it shows the gum receeding on bottom center tooth, thats what mine was starting to do. Thats why I quit. It sure wasn't that bad yet but I did have to have a graft to my center bottom tooth or it was going to fall out.

I chewed for 15 years till I saw the pictures above. Quit cold turkey! And yes it was tough and still is at times. I haven't chewed for over 9 years now.
I like my teeth and want to keep the original ones!! I just dont understand it, it is expensive as all get out and it kills you and people will do anything to do it!! Chew some gum or try a mint!!

Benn doin it since I was 7 got all my teeth and doc says I'm worm free .Daddy started at 7 or 8 and he's in his late 70's grandpa was 99 2 months shy of a hundred and chewed his whole life my great grandpa chewed and dipped and was 102 when he died

I work with people from all over the world and I have had people to ask me do you want a RUB of snuff? How in the hell did that get starterd,a RUB of snuff?Anyways none of my business what people do but I aint chewed in 5 years and quit smoking 2 years ago.2 bad habits I cant believed I kicked and I can buy alot of extra hunting supplies with the money saved

Started with Levi Garrett at 14.Went to Red Man origional.Then to Hawken,to Copenhagen (NOT FOR THE WEAK!).Skoal got too expensive so I switched to Red Seal wintergreen fine cut.Have quit many times and then started up again.I remember quiting and starting back to chewing all on the same day one time.Call it "tabaka".43 and still at it.
P.S. A word of advise is if you have never tried it,"LEAVE IT ALONE".
