As hard as the ground is it's a wonder you didn't set the woods a fire from the sparks your shovel threw. I'll check my PM Mike, but don't know if I can get on that sight with out bein' a member.

Anybody can get on it and read any of the stories. You just can't leave or print anything on it unless you are a member.

10-4 on the good kind. Talked to old Larry, he said little Larry had been over at lake of the sewer lines last week and caught some crappie.

Next month a bunch of deer will join her--only in a different way. It's a wonder you can even get up the river. Here at airtight the bridge is the end of the road, unless you drag it past the sand bar.

Morning everybody. 52 degrees here. Hope you early riser took a long sleeve shirt with you. Man that north wind makes you chilly. Dogs are go nuts now. They want to go hunting. You all have a good day.

Saturday night before the rain.

My son Andrew and I took Moo and Moose out, they proved fat and soft as expected. Treed 2 coon saw 1 other was so leafy couldn't tell. By a corn field on both. Both dogs need to get worked into shape. I was happy only 2 or 3rd time out since coon season ended. Both acted sensible did nice job.

Will start road working them if it stays cooler and start taking out more often. Get them in decent shape before season. We were lucky and got them caught right before it poured down rain. Getting time to get ready for season.

We need more rain could have sworn seen Moose sporting dust like a fire breathing dragon he was just 13 months old when I put him up from last season and was running and treeing. He needed hunting over summer but I don't do that. We will take him out now that its cooler. Moo just did his thing run and tree coon. Looking forward to taking Moose/Coma pups out this year. It was accidental but a little cross blood never hurt anything.

Have a good day Gentlemen and Ladies, Jeff A

Rex, How many plants did you have to dig to get that much ginseng? I liked your hunting story from the other night. LOL Mike how much longer before your dog is ready to go? It was so nice today been working outside. Mowed what little grass I have left, moved the goats into new pen, washed my truck. plus a few other odds and ends. Rex, Chris Butler was here yesterday taking down our chimney supposed to put new one on Sunday. Bricks were flying everywhere he said he about killed you when he was doing your chimney. Been waiting for a long time to get it done cause it kept raining then it got to hot. After that is done new metal roof is on the way. By the time we get done no Christmas around here. Have a good evening everyone. See Ya Linda

I went to Watseka, Il. twice today on the first round billy big rig in front of me who passed me and it wasn't 2 minutes he smacked a deer threw him down and he scooted across the road like a rag on the way back it was a good six point or more buck still in the felt. On my second round I was going to take a picture and somebody done picked him up. 1 big dead coon around Watseka by the river. END of ACCURATE REPORT.
