Charles, none are spoken for yet. But haveing said that the last two litters that we have had I never advertised the pups and sold every one of them. I get calls almost every day from guys wanting pups or started dogs.
I will be at Pauls saturday and we will talk then.Thanks for asking about them. I talked to Tim Vaughn and got his advice on this cross and think they will be coondogs that takes us up a step on the ladder.

Smoke made it past 1st base with Robin!haha
Smoke and Robin pups due in 63 days!

Roy, Lance told me a while back about how mustard will help a hoarse dog. I've got a female here that came up hoarse a couple of weeks ago, I don't know why, she doesn't bark any in the kennel but anyway, I gave her a table spoon of mustard before I hunted her tonight and her mouth was back to full volume.

I asked Lance how it works and he told me to talk to you. LOL

All I know is my grandpa used it on his dogs and he said that it increases blood circulation and was a septic. He would make mustard poltices and use it on sore spots. He also said that it would cure a sore throat and heal the inflamed walls of a dogs throat. Funny thing is I use it on my self when I get a sore throat.lol Just one of those old home cures that work. Keep giveing it to your dog for three days, grandpa swore by tjree table spoons three times a day for three days.
I wont charge you for an office call this time.haha

Timmy and I hunted with Paul last night after the zone meeting. Paul had Astro and we had Leggs. We had a super good hunt and treed two on the outside. First dump the two dogs split and Astro put it on Leggs. Astro had a big boar coon. Leggs had nothin. Next drop they got deep together and we drove around and had to walk in 660yrds to them and they had twoo coon. Super nice night and super nice hunt.

Took Leggs and Hic out tonight. First deal hic treed a slick Leggs went on sent hic on caught em coming across half mile road. Next deal hic picked Tree on Leggs. Had the coon. Sent them on from that tree. Hic and Leggs split 200yds apart. Hic had a coon. Leggs had a hedge tree that leaned over and touched the ground. Sent hic by herself on the last dump. She went in 600yds struck and moved it to over 3/4 of mile and treed a large den. Called it a night after that starting to get a little chilly.

Jimmy, glad to hear that the pup is doing good. Yea, they all eat like little hogs.haha

We went ahead and bred Wendy when she came in and she should whelp about the 6th of April. Robin is due the 2nd of April.

We are shipping semem from Smoke to Ohio to be used on a really good bred female. Can't wait to start those pups.

We are out crossing to some of the best bred females around and trying to produce pups that take the blues to another level in the competion hunts. All the traits that every body gets on the forum and talks about, we are crossing on the best Blues with not only a win list but the traits and style it will take to move up the ladder. No holds barred within the different lines of Blues. We are not LINE Blind.

Been hunting some young dogs that are really getting us excited to put in the hunts this spring. Lots of drive, speed, and two eyes looking down. Look out Charlie Manson, Bam tree Hic.

Put another First Place win on Leggs tonight at Paola, Ks.
Leggs split treed four times. Had two coon all by her self and one slick tree and had the third coon treed 15 minutes after hunt time was up.
I was proud of her for treeing the only two coon treed during hunt time and even after time ran out she got away from the other dogs and did it again.
So all we need now is 20 more points to make her a nite champion.
Shes getting better all the time. This past two weeks she has really turned it on and makeing a nice young coon dog. She is out of GrNiteCh Mad Dog The Coon Wacker X GrNiteCh Mad Dog All Jazzed Up.
We like her.

I got to hunt with Jazz when Brian had her and liked her. I think Leggs is a whole lot like her mother. Still ole Wacker left his mark on her because she can get super independant and be in the next section treed in the blink of an eye.
