We have been to 4 straight bowl games. May not have as good a record lately in football as WVU but thats hard to do when your in a conference with Florida, LSU, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and the rest of the SEC.

By the way how many titles does WVU have in football because we have 7 in basketball??? Not to mention 44 conference championships, the most all time wins, the most NCAA tournament appearances of all time. Pretty good resume if you ask me.

Is that a joke...Big 10 a good football conference. Ohio State is the only decent team in that conference and they get blown out every time they play a good team from another conference.

In football it is the SEC number 1 and Big 12 would be 2nd.

Maybe sec good in football but Kentucky you have to be kidding, now that is a real joke. But I can not argue that they are not a good basketball team. Goodluck to all. Any of the teams left are good in my book.

Ya Nova choked the big one they could have lost there first round game. There was alot of people that had Nova picked far but didnt exactly pan out for them

cornell will not upset kentucky,if we play like they did the previous 2 games we will be fine.we are to big and talented,cornell wont be able to slow the tempo that mutch,let them play there zone,we have been knocking down jump shots three point shots so far,i am verry pleased with walls jump shooting,if he can keep it up..i am waiting for virgina..big blue is final 4 bound.how about that big bad big east.only 2 good teams in that confrence and thats virgina and syracuse

Don't know what conference is the best but the BIG 10 has 3 out of 5 in the sweet 16. Pretty good being Purdue is without Hummel, and I think Michigan St. had a starter go down, and the Buckeyes only going 6 deep! I'm sure there is a good chance none will make it another game but the way this year is going who knows what is going to happen!

IMO, Big 10 has been Underrated Year in and Year out for a while now. I had a conversation with a Big east Fan a few years back, this time of Year, He speewed the same thing he had been hearing on ESPN, Big 10 is Weak, I said " Do you Realize the big 10 has 6 Teams in the Sweet Sixteen" he just stuttered for a minute or two and never said anything. LOL It was the year Mich St. beat Kentucky in the Elete 8 in Double Over Time. Tom Izzo at Mich St. for TWENTY YEARS has NEVER Recruited a Played that did not get to go to a Final Four, WOW, now that is doing something.

Izzo is a hell of a coach as is Matta, they may be the best recruiters in the nation. Wait to you see next years class of Buckeyes looks like a strong class to be dealt with. If Turner, Lightey and the rest stay they should be ranked very high at next years start.

IMO You can Count Turner out, I have not saw a Mock Draft that does not have him top 5. Unless he is Rich and dont need any Money. But I know Thad Matta can sure bring them in, no doubt about that.

Lots of east coast posting on the thread. If I was a betting man I would put money on wildcats! And it's not the wildcats from Kentucky either. The purple and white wildcats from Kansas state!

And for all talking about best confrence of the year why is the big 12 not in any of those.
