Dixie and Daisey, mother and daughter.


I found out today that Dixie just went out of heat. She won't breed until January. By then, I may arrange for a breeding with Steve Fussell's Dark Blue Bones, we'll see. I'll keep everyone posted.

 A little bragging.

I though I'd take my five month old pup for his first walk in the woods, this morning. We finally stumbled onto a squirrel, and ran him up a tree. I knocked him out, and let the pup get a taste of him. Then, I laid a drag, turned him loose, and natural instinct took over from there.
I got my phone out and got a few pictures. There's no way of knowing where he'll go from here, but I've got a pretty good idea.

Thanks Roy. Yeah, he's off Bawler and Tommie's Kry female.

Ed, as you know, natural ability is just half of it. Good handling is what brings those "naturals" to their full potential, and I know that's what he's getting. Thank you for that, and good luck with him! Keep me posted!
