OPENING NIGHT- DOGS WERE LOOSE ALL OF TEN MINUTES. GIRLFRIEND GETS IN A PVC TYPE OF TILE AND DIGS HERSELF IN. 4 1/2 HOURS LATER WITH SHOVEL AND CHAINSAW I GET HER OUT. DIDN'T GO THE SECOND NIGHT, WORE OUT FROM THE RESCUE EFFORT. LAST NIGHT, DOGS LOOKED GOOD, TREED 4 SINGLES.TONITE, TREED 2 SINGLES WITH GIRLFRIEND AND GEORGIE. GET BACK TO WITHIN 10 YARDS OF MY TRUCK AND FIND GEORGIE DEAD IN A 220 TRAP. MAKES YOU WONDER ABOUT LEAVIN THE YARD WITH A DOG IN THE TRUCK. <v>

I'm getting some coon around farms BUT I set DOG PROOF TRAPS where there's dogs cats ! These so called trappers out there are to lazy & to dumb to learn how to trap BUT they will tell you there TRAPPERS BUT ALL THEY ARE OUT FOR IS THE MONEY. I trap & coon hunt because its in my BLOOD just like you V & I've not caught a DOG IN A SET EVER BEEN DOING IT FOR 40 YEARS ! Sorry about your HOUND ! Tom.

guy i know just north of me a bit had a new dog for the season. first weekend he he heard the dog give an off bark/kind of a wimpery noise.. hasnt seen him since. looked around a bunch ?! i suspect the same! we had coondog and beagle each get into themthings but we heard and found them in time. 2 others i know of over the years that got lucky.ya never know whats gonna happen?!?! KEEP ON KEEPIN ON!!

sorry to hear this. i only have a handfull of places i can hunt and the first two weeks of season i cant hunt three of em because of a guy trappin with conibears. i dont have nothin against people trappin they like to do it just like we like to hunt but i think they should have to have them in a recessed box just like wisconsin does. i believe they have to be 18 inches in.

Had my Spit X Girlfriend pup out yesterday watched her wind two different deer carcuss from 100yds or more and ran a possum for abt 5 mins. This little dog has no reverse and is showing me the brains and ability that her ancestors are known for.

I BELIEVE A LOT OF FOLKS DON'T KNOW WHERE THE THREAD WENT OR WHERE TO LOOK BY THE NUMBER OF PM'S I RECEIVED. I GUESS I DON'T GET WHY IT WAS MOVED TO START WITH. OPPY IS IN GREAT SHAPE, TREEIN COONS AND BEEN SEMEN CHECKED A MONTH AGO. I WAS HOPING TO GET A FEMALE OR 2 BRED TO HIM YET.
