Some food for thought. If you pay attention to some of these dogs. From what I've noticed a bunch throw their head. Mine does it and she's not mean. My buddy has one that if you just run up to him at the tree and grab him, you could get bit from him throwing his head around. And like stated earlier in this post, there's certain ways to handle these dogs at the tree. Not everyone likes a dog that does this. I don't have an issue with it.

I've seen both of these dogs tree with other dogs with absolutely no issues. My dog will just back up away from the tree if there's an aggressive dog on the tree. My buddy's dog will take the pressure and give it back if need be. I haven't seen either dog be the aggressor in a scuffle.

But back to the topic of this thread, you're chances of getting a dog that blows/face barks on a tree are better odds than one that fights at the tree. But there's a bunch that Jack the tree too. And if this throws your dog off his game, you need to work with your dog. Put him in those situations at the house before you take him to big hunts, where you're most certain to be in a cast with a variety of different style of dogs.
