I guess you could blame Trump for the senate seats, but if someone is going to vote for a democrat president their going to vote for a democrat senator, what seats are up for election I bet they are mostly from states that historically vote for a democrat for president ,doesn't really matter who the Republican candidate is, they are going to vote a straight democrat ticket anyway. That's why the republicans take over in the non presidential election. Democrats stay home,if senator loses his seat probably his fault. Cruz is unelectable,I like his beliefs or what he says are his beliefs, I hope Trump can pull it off, going to be tuff, but not impossible, do you honestly believe Cruz could have won the general, I think Rubio could have, Cruz didn't have any chance of crossover. He got crushed in his own party. The only info I have on Garland is from Hannity, he said he is not a moderate.
Hopefully when Trump hits Hillary she will show that murderous temper to the nation, and take one of those coughing fits, choking on those lies.

Ya, good post! Cruz, had a chance according to the polls. Cruz was not the best candidate by any means. I agree, however at least we would have lost with a man who's principals lined with ours' With Trump we have someone who not only is unelectable, but also is a liberal, and that's who we nominated! I agree if Rubio was the nominee this a conservative landslide!History shows us that which ever party looses, that party also looses seats! Makes sense don't you think is someone going to vote for Hillary, and then turn around and vote for republican senators? Common sense! Yep you can blame the lose of senate seats squarely on Trump!
