Well,the pups have had thier first shot and are really showing they have lots of fire in them. They get a bit fired up when I start towards the pup pen and they see me coming. I spend some time with them every day and as of now,just lots of petty and handling them at this age is good for them. Fresh water,feeders filled and makin sure thier all doing fine and they are!! She is ready for the timber once again. Lookin to get her out Thurs. and Friday nite. She does have a new co owner which is Danny Rainville that owns Alice II. Our plans are to finish her to grand and in time raise another litter from her. Might even get her to an RQE later on after She gets hunted down some. I recieve some good news of late on the cross out of her and Piazon. As of today, out of the ten pups in the cross,she has 6 nitech, 1 of them which has 2 wins towards grand, and one young hound that has 2 first and just needs a win to finish which would make 7 total. I believe they just turn 2 1/2 years old. Good job to the guys that are getting them in the hunts. Still trying to track down 2 of these young hounds to see how they are doing. As far as the Gauge and Alice gang, there real nice in all catagories! Looks,mouths,active,energetic and slick! looking foward to messing with a few of these later this fall! Later,Danny G.

I have just the one that has your name on it! She is queen of the pen and when you talk attitude,she has lots to share. Not the best lookin pup but true heart and fired up she is all that! That have had good words to say about these pups. Like a kid wanting to know what is in the candy bowl,I have went out of my way and showed these pups the net at under 8 weeks old. Results,just as I thought they would be and to some doesn't mean much but once again,the net has showed these pups to be just what I had visions of! All ten pups have treed up on the ole net and from here it's all down hill. I'll do some hauling,teach them to swim,care for them and gain thier respect at a young age!! A must to do and then at 5 to 6 months old,I'll have them treeing thier own coon in the timber!! Why,because that's what I do,I love starting pups and I'm pretty good at it. If one was to go back and research Gauge and his offspring that got him on the reproducers list.bingo,most has gotten thier start right here! A fluke or is it a fact that starting pups the right way shows results or failure! You decide on that part! I still have pups from this cross that needs new owners,I'll treat ya right,just wanting them to get into the hands of guys that want to hunt in PKC more than UKC! These pups are at the right age for SS,don't pas them up! PM if interested!! Later,Danny G.

That is 2 big, fine looking pups right there! Either one would make a hunter happy but if I can choose I would like the darker one that has more body spots. Thanks for posting. Corky said he will be there Tuesday and has your number.

My huntin buddy Bill came down and we cut Alice and a young hound out of her and Joe loose 4 times. Treed the first one in 3 or so minutes. Saw that one. Recut and got treed again on a big oak,thick as heck and we didn't see that one. Next tree,my guess was empty. Last drop we ended up treeing on a mess of grape vines, thick and then some but we did see 3 kittens lookin at us. My guess was the sow climbed the vine! Had a good time and lookin forward to huntin again soon. Later,Danny G.

Danny, this is a picture of Rain the pup I bought from you a few weeks ago and my grandson Mason playing tug a war on the porch yesterday. They have a big time playing together. Rain is smart as a whip and fights with that old retired work boot everyday. Getting in her practice for those ole mean coons. She already goes off in the woods or down to the river exploring and staying gone a little longer every trip. I really like her actions and head full of sense. Take Care and Good Hunting!

yup danny my pup is doin great and very very bold hes into everything and listens better than any ole dog iv ever seen cant wait to get him started in the timber before fall here ill post some pics for ya causing some havic
