A lot easier than canceling a policy, and costing them money by losing that customer.....I don't think they have to worry about a 63 yr old giving birth......just an excuse to make ACA look bad, ....

so now the greedy insurance companies that yall despise are losing out on profits to make obama look bad?

you are a waste of time

TK you have just given a prime example of the unconditional love President Obama's base has for him!!! Information, facts, examples mean nothing to you, and the hard left!!! If you want to debate what is fact that fine! But please you to give us something other than its someone else's fault for the shape this country is in!!

No triple k an insurance company can no longer write policies covering or in the case of the 63 yr old un-covering something . ALL policies now are the exact same because of the ACA regaurdless of what a persons needs are ! If a policies did not meet the 10 points of care or had more "the cadillac plans" they have to be cancelled . Right now most of the cancelled policies are one purchase by individuals direct from the insurance ompanies . These people are forced to go on the "o" care exchanges & purchase a different policy . The only difference between policies now , is the deductibles no choice in kinds of coverage can be made . Cost is based on age , income , & deductible . ALL POLICIES PROVIDE THE EXACT SAME COVERAGE WHETHER THAT PERSON NEEDS IT OR NOT - EVEN MATERNITY CARE . Those of us lucky enough to have employer based coverage are not yet effected (other than most the cost has went up) the employer mandate for coverage does not go into effect until next fall .. At that time businesses have to be come compliant to Obama's law too - or they can conventiently drop us & pay a one time fine & be done . You may want to go through and read the thread on ACA it has all been discussed on it .

Well now it looks like 11 of us against you and your 2 friends. In this country that makes a majority. You still haven't answered one question. You are very good at that.
