Had a nice hunt with kitty last night she went close to 900 yrds & treed a possum bet she was close to 100 barks a min standing on a log 20 feet in the air lookin at it on first drop but redeemed herself on 2nd drop went 830 yrds split & had 3 kittens up one tree . that was the first possum she has treed got to love hunting young dogs :-)

Took kitty out tonight she looked good hope to finish her to ntch before she pups i know she can but aint confident in myself i make more mistakes than she does . we have a htx hunt coming up close to home so plan on hunting festus in it & maybe kitty also

Took festus & kitty tonight festus went aprox. 300 yrds and treed a coon and kitty went 400 yrds the other way and treed a coon had a good hunt there a fun pr to hunt hope the cross good together & get what i want from both sides

Took festus & kitty tonight first drop they treed together big tree & couldnt get to look over good for all the small stuff around couldnt see it good second drop festus struck within a minute then kitty joined in out i a corn feild festus pushed it out of the corn & up a small tree in short time kitty backed him 100+ bark a min on tree a fun pr to hunt

Im goin to try to make it hope to have my car back out of the shop that things a real money saver goin to them hunts i know people laugh when i pull up in a festiva at a hunt & pull hounds out of the back seat but its so cheap to drive i dont care it saves money

Made a short drop tonight with festus & a pup festus ran a tough track for this time of yr but had a nice big pin oak at the end of it with all the small trees around couldnt see the whole tree but wouldnt been afraid to send jerry clowers coon hunting monkey up it id say ole festus wouldve lived to see another day

I like what I see, The mother of the pups is bred to reproduce. Her mother (Crystal) was a littermate to Roy/Timmy Clifton's Smoke dogs mother(Noodles) Jodie goes back to Jet V, Sparetime Spanky, Coon Popper, Mad Dog Spanky and ole Rooster. This bloodline has been reproducing for many years and should continue for years to come. There should be some top hounds in that litter..............Tim

Im glad he is . I wanted to give back to him what he gave us. He has really bred some real coondogs . These pups are already tracking squirrels in the yard and everytime we let them out their nose goes to the ground . I cannot wait to see how they turn out . I want to make Mr. Caswell proud . Vicky .... You still have some pups left with Blue Rooster II in their peds ? I may be interested in a female .. I have a son of Blue Rooster II .

went to a couple compition hunts this weekend kitty did a good job but i didnt cost her a win both nights but had a good time with good guys to hunt with both nights .kitty is bellying down with pups now so shes done hunting for awhile if this cross mixes the way hope it will there should be some real nice coondogs come out of it but i think that of all the females bred to festus he is a coondog & the few pups he has old enuff to hunt that i know of are nice & were early easy startin
