If you are looking for all grd stud he's not it. If you are looking for a consistant coon treer that will be by himself unless a dog covers him then he's the dog for you. Some of his pups are showing the same independence traits.

His pups like being alone. I have a 10 month old here that loves to get alone he is turning into a nice hound. Come and go for a hunt with Doc or one of his pups.

betty has been looking good the past 2 times i hunted her she did run a dear we think though but she surprise me when she got first strike and first tree on my buddy old dog his old female is pretty fast and betty got quite and got ahead of her and throw the biggest locate i heard her throw sense ive had her TEAM DOC

i dropped betty last night around 10:52 by 11:20 she truck and worked a really rough track out across a jungle and and she work the track out of that thick stuff and she got quite and drifted out about 773 yards a fell treed like a ol dog she had it in a big live oak i had to knock it out to her lol she doing great

Congats on your win D. Keep pushing ole Betty she'll make you proud. Guy's i'm not one to brag up a dog or blow smoke i would rather let the dog do the talking but if you get a Doc pup or own one already and hunt them i think you will be satisfied with them.

Sorry I have not been on here since thur. Hope all had a Happy Easter. I have been hunting 2 pups off of Doc and let me tell you I have not had this much fun hunting a pup in a long time! Congrats D! betty's been looking like a champ the past 3 nights of hunting her ive had her in the wild she been having to go a 700 before she get truck then she been driveing cold tracks all through a nasty beaver lakes and bad thick and nasty woods and come treed beautiful and have the coon in the end im 3 or 4 HUGE locates to die for last night she treed one coon in the beaver pond it was only one tree out there and she slammed him out there then she work 2 cold tracks and had 2 coon up the same tree im going to take betty to a pkc youth hunt saturday i love my doc pup get on the doc train it rolling son TEAM DOC
